I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This body scrub is instant self-care in the shower. It both exfoliates away my dead skin and moisturizes what remains. When I apply it all over my body, it feels very nourishing; the oats aren’t harsh or overly abrasive, and it’s just enough to gently remove the dead skin. Upon leaving the shower, my arms and legs feel way more soft and smooth than they did before I started using this product. The scrub does have a fragrance, but it’s a very subtle, soft scent that my skin doesn’t mind at all. If you’re looking for some body exfoliation that is still soothing for dry or sensitive skin, I think this is a great choice. -

Lancôme’s Rénergie H.C.F. Triple Serum has been a hugely welcome addition to my daily skincare routine. I’m so impressed by the bottle; you can see it has three chambers, which keep three great ingredients separate from each-other. Those ingredients are Hyaluronic Acid (it helps your skin retain moisture), Vitamin C + Niacinamide (great for brightening the skin and smoothing fine lines), and Ferulic Acid (a powerful antioxidant for anti-aging results). You mix them together yourself, right in your hand, directly before applying to your face and neck. This method keeps each ingredient more potent than if they were pre-mixed together like most serums are. I’ve been using it twice a day and my skin immediately feels softer and plump after each use. These are little patches that you put on any of your blemishes before bed, and they’ll absorb spot secretions as you sleep so that you can wake up with clearer skin! They come in two different sizes so you can effectively cover your spot. An added benefit is that covering my blemish prevents me from picking at it so I don’t have to worry about scarring any longer. -

When I’m spending the afternoon rafting down the river, a boost of energy and some good hydration is much appreciated. I brought this Bai Antioxidant Infusion along with me and it did great at that; it has about the same amount of caffeine as green tea and it’s super refreshing. I got to try the pomegranate flavour and, just like the fruit, it’s a nice balance between sweet and tart. I found the taste of stevia to be strong in this and I’m not a big fan of stevia which is why I said no to repurchasing, but if you don’t mind the taste of stevia then I think you would love this. All the other ingredients are great! I got to try this product for free in exchange for my honest review. -

You can never go wrong with chocolate, and this Chocolate Lover ice cream is one of the best I’ve ever had! The taste reminds me of a smoother, creamier fudge bar. I think part of what makes it so delicious is that they paired the dark chocolate with Madagascar vanilla, which sweetened it up and enhanced the depth of flavour. If you’re looking for something to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings while the months are getting hotter, I definitely recommend this! This was sent to me free in exchange for my honest review. -
