Zinc is something I have always taken as part of my vitamin intake and/or to aid in my immune system as needed. I was given a bottle of zinc-copper balance by AOR to try in exchange for my review.
I like the tiny blue capsules. They were easy to swallow not to mention cute and different, so I can’t mix them up with any of my other medications. As a chronically ill person these small things do make a difference.
In taking zinc in the past I didn’t consider the impact it was having on my copper levels. This product is a balanced ratio of two key minerals.
• Supports healthy bones, hair, nails, and skin by protecting connective tissues
• Addresses zinc deficiency while reducing the risk of excess zinc impairing copper
• Helps to maintain immune function

I was sent a tube of @myoflexrelief to try through @thisisbutterly . It was good timing as after the Christmas rush, I am left feeling exhausted and sore. Being chronically ill getting out of bed after exciting days can be a lot of work.
They claim: Provides relief of aches and pains of muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments usually occurring from sport activities such as running, swimming, biking, and contact sports. (Or in my case standing for long periods, staying up late wrapping gifts, socializing in other peoples homes and generally moving my body).
There was no strong order (barely a smell at all), and it rubbed it very smoothly with no greasy left over feeling & no pilling. It massaged in quickly and easily. If you are looking for the menthol cooling sensation that some rubs will add, you will not get that from this, but it means you can use it before going out when needed without that strong smell coming off of you. Over all I enjoyed this product.

The have an organic smell. So not wonderful but not bad. The pills are large, so if you struggle to take large pills, these may not be for you. I’m used to taking multiple pills at once, so I didn’t have a hard time.
I’m familiar with the Swiss brand and have always had a positive experience. So this “Total” multivitamin fits what I was looking for in an all encompassing vitamin.
I don’t see why you couldn’t take these over 50, but as per usual ask your doctor. Maybe when you turn 50, the paper under the cap never comes off 🫢j/k.
I am happy with this product.

Both squares (7” & 4.5”) are sturdy and have clear, accurate measurements and degree markers. Perfect as a marking gauge. They are made of aluminum, and because of the weight and strength, it can be used to set your blade prior to sawing. The black colour actually comes in handy in making notes on the tool itself in white or regular pencil when needed.
I feel like a simple tool like this is hard to go wrong. Definitely a benefit to any tool box.

I haven’t tried it long enough to determine the effectiveness of the whitening, however as a mouth wash it works very well. I can see why it is the fastest growing mouthwash.

It was a bit of a learning curve at first, understanding the positioning and getting the right fit of the bracelet (making them much too loose to start). We wasted a couple strings the first 2 times when the brackets didn’t connect to the string and we had to figure out what we did wrong, but once we got the hang of it, it was pretty easy and my 9 year old was making them by herself the moment she woke up the next morning.
I do appreciate everything comes in resealable bags. The machine itself isn’t too big. I would prefer it was detachable though for storage.
My daughter is excited to take it to her friends house to showcase it and make bracelets together, so I would say it’s a win.

I have tried drinking diluted apple cider vinegar in the past, but was never able to get past the taste. I had been told of its health benefits, and wanted to like it but just couldn’t. This product doesn’t taste anything like apple cider vinegar. It tasted great, was easy to chew and swallow. If I can get all of the health benefits from this without the awful taste that would be great! I really liked it and give it 2 thumbs ups.

It’s starting to feel like summer, and we are testing Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Spray Sunscreen SPF 50!
I have been wanting to try a new mineral sunscreen for some time now, so we were happy to receive this. We loved how it went on, smooth and clear. It actually felt soft going on. Coming from a multiracial family each with different skin care needs, it was great that it works well for all skin types providing powerful but gentle SPF 50 UVA/UVB protection.
As we often wear sunscreen by the lake, we appreciated that Lizard Sunscreen is “reef- friendly” with no Oxybenzone and no Octinoxate.
It was easy to apply for an adult, however the spray took some coordination practice for Little Helper to use. She needed 2 hands to spray the product onto my skin, so we will continue using the blue lizard sunscreen stick instead when sending her with sun protection to school, and keep the spray for use at home.
