Because this is labeled as a hydrating serum, the first thing that I did was try this on my face before I went to bed. For me, this was a big mistake. I wonder what emu oil can not do?
In Florida, where I live, it’s either really humid in the summer or pretty dry in the winter. No matter what, my skin is terribly dry on my hips. I’ve talked about them before. Lotions and creams have never given me much relief. But, Insta Natural’s emu oil helps to quell the itching that I get and helps to moisturize and relieve my skin.
Emu oil has been linked to relieving muscle and joint pain. I have a coworker with an immune disorder and related joint issues and she swears by emu oil for the relief of her pain. Luckily for you (not so much for me), my left wrist had a flare-up of tendonitis. I haven’t had this issue since high school. But, I was able to use the emu oil at night to help relax and relieve some of the pain so that I could sleep at night. I was able to rub the rest of it into my hands to moisturize them.
