Hi Tammy, I'm feeling better now and yes I'm trying to
do all of those thins you mentioned and you are right stress can bring
them on . It just funny how this happens to me out of know where
even though I've bin on medication for it for years now. I was told by
someone that also has a seizure disorder that if you don't stay at a
happy medium it can bring them on. You can get to happy, or sad, things
like that. Like I told Jen I was feeling fine, or so I thought until
this happened. Any how I'm feeling much better now that enough time has
gone by. Hopefully it doesn't happen again for some time. Thanks again

Thanks Jen, I'm feeling better now, it's more of a pain
in my but because I never know when it will happen, or if it will go
into a full blown seizure. I was feeling fine when out of know where I
started to get the odd feeling that I get just before a seizure will hit
me. I've bin lucky and haven't gone completely out since the first
night it started happening to me about ten years ago. The pills I'm on
usually keep them at bay, but ounce in awhile the feeling that one is
starting will brake through. Most people that have a seizure disorder
have no warning at all so they can't drive. I'm kinda of lucky to at
least know when something is going to happen. It gives me time to go lay
down, or pull my car over. I've never had it happen to while I was
driving knock on wood, but if it did I know how much time I have to get
my car stopped and off the road safely. My dog also will let me know
when something is happening. Don't ask me how he knows, he just does and
has since the day I brought him home. Have a nice day Jen

Sorry about that Tammy, I meant to put this in your guest book and ended
up putting it in Jen's by mistake. I was shocked when I opened my mail
box yesterday and it was in there, it was the only thing I got
yesterday. I love days like that when I get surprises and not bills.LOL I
hate having my pic taken, but if I think about it later I'll have one
of my boys take one of me wearing it just for you guys.
