I didn't know you were going back to school too, I thought only Jen was.
You know that stress can bring it out bad, I know because I've been
under a lot of stress lately and nothing I do is keeping it a bay. In
the last two weeks I've gotten those big lumps I was telling you about. I
look like I walked into a wall and was punched in the eye they're that
swollen. The more I try to get rid of them the more seem to show up. In
the last two weeks I've gotten six of those big under the skin lumps and
it sucks!! I think I need something that will help me relax more then
anything. Its just so frustrating when you think you have it under
control and it shows back up ten time worse. You going back to school
could be what made you break out more, but just keep as clean as you can
and keep applying something to the bad spots for now. Have you talked
to your Dr about the Retin-A tretinoin cream 0.1% like I mentioned
before? The only thing about this cream is that it will dry you out
really bad if you use to much and you need a good sun screen when using
this. I stopped using mine because I was doing so well with the witch
hazel, big mistake! Its so hard to find the right product for your skin.
We're all different and something that can work well for one person
might be a nightmare for another. Hang in there, some people get lucky
and it goes away on its own when they get older. Keep me updated when
you can and good luck with all of your class's.

Hi Tammy I hope all is well with you. I just wanted to up date you on my
use of the witch hazel. It was working really well for me for the first
month or so, but I've been finding that its starting to dry me out way
to much and this past week I've even broken out bad. I don't know if
its from the witch hazel, or if its bad nerves causing it. I've had a
very bad week with my husband, so that could be why my face isn't happy
right now. I had to stop using the witch hazel do to the over drying
for now any way. I'm beginning to think I'm never going to completely
get rid of this problem.
Any how did you ever get any samples from
Mario Badescu? If not try writing them and asking for some, they're
usually really good about sending samples out if they know what your
looking for. You just have to tell them what your concerns are and they

As for the new pic, yes that's my oldest boy Mike with Takoda. Takoda
was actually walking nice for him for a change. Mike just turned
eighteen in June and is taller then me now! Luke's fifteenth and he's

Morning Tammy, I have a question for ya. What do we do if we have
something we want to review, but can't find a web site for the product,
or a pic? This has happened to me a few time now and I thought I better
ask before I start trying to add things that can't be added. The first
time this happened to me it was my new heel's and now its my hair dryer.
I don't know if it's because they aren't selling them any more, or if
they never did have a web site for them. Any help for this one?

Oh by the way, I finally saw the pic's of Ali's baby that you were
telling me about. When you told me there was more pic's on line, I
thought you meant on her face book page not on her chick page. I could
have seen the baby and Ali last week and sent my congrats a long time
ago if my brain would've bin in gear.LOL She must have been wondering
where I was all this time when everyone else was commenting and I
wasn't. I feel like such a fool.LOL Any how let me know if you know if
you can what if anything I can do about these review I'd like to do.

Hi Tammy, it was pretty chilly hear this morning too. I like the heat as
long as there's no humidity to go along with it. The cold gets into my
bones and it make's the bone pains even worse, so I'm not looking
forward to the colder temps at all!!
When you did the questionnaire
thing did they tell you what they thought would be best for your
skin? Like I said before, if for some reason you don't get anything
from them in about a month, try emailing them. Tell them what your skin
is like and they should send you some samples not to long after that.
I've never had a problem getting samples from them and neither has
anyone else I've told about it, so you should get some soon. I know
they won't send a few samples through the mail because they don't make
them in a sample size, but you should get any where from six to eight
different samples when they do send them out.
As for Ali's new baby
Jake, I've only seen that one pic of him on her face book page, but from
what I can see he sure is a beautiful baby!! I hope she didn't have to
much trouble bring him into the world and we get to see many more pic's
of him. If your talking to her please tell her I said congratulation to
her and Alex. That I think Jake is a beautiful baby, that I can't wait
to see more pic's of him along with her. Let her know that I miss her,
but most of all tell her I sent her a big hug. Thanks Tammy and I hope
those samples get to you by the end of the month. I'll let you know if I

Hi Tammy I hope you had a nice weekend. I
was using that Retin A tretinoin cream that I told you about over the
weekend and for got to tell you just how drying it can be. When I first
started using it my Dr told me to use it every night, but even with sun
scream my hole face was very red, flaky and it was even peeling off. I
had only used it for four nights at the time and when I told my Dr had
bad it was she said that's what its suppose to do. Remove the top layer
of the bad skin leaving new healthy skin behind. So she told me to try
only using it every other night after all the damage was gone, or just
when I though I needed it. Well I haven't used it in awhile and forgot
about how drying it can be. I ended up with all of my chin starting to
feel dry by Sunday morning and then it started to peel by lunch, even
with sun scream on. So back when this first started happening to me I
remembered that I had some Mario Badescu rolling cream peel with AHA. I
did a review on it a long time ago, but it works great for dry skin. You
might want to give that a try on the dry areas of your face. It removes
all the stuff you don't want and leaves your skin soft, smooth and
moisturized like you do want it to be. I put some on yesterday and all
the dead peeling skin is gone now. So if you do get the Retin A cream,
make sure you don't over do it and you have a good exfoliate like the
rolling cream peel. I just though I should warn you before you end up
with an unwanted surprise like I did. It was Xmas time when I over did
it and I looked like I had a very bad wind and sun burn combined for
Xmas. No fun at all!! But live and learn right. Oh before I go I noticed
that Ali's profile pic on Face book has a baby on it. Would that be the
new baby and am I right to say its a boy? If that is her baby he's
beautiful!! Have a nice day and stay cool like I know you are.

Tammy I forgot to tell you that they don't usually tell
you that they're sending the samples to you, they just show up as long as
you gave them your home address. If you don't get any with in a month
send them and email asking them about the products and asking if they
can send you some samples to try before you buy. I've bin able to get
samples a few times just by asking and like I said they are fare size
samples so you can get a nice idea how they will work for you.

I've bin lucky with my boy's so far as partying goes. They both have
stayed pretty much away from all that. They just hate doing the school
work and getting up to go. So I have bin pretty lucky as far as that
part goes with both of them. I was the same way you were in high school,
but I quit the first chance I got. I went back to school when I was
around 25 and did get my grade twelve and I found it a lot easier the
second time around. Its just to bad I've forgotten every thing I learned. LOL

couldn't remember if I told you this already. My brain damage
effects my memory so bad sometimes that I tend to repeat myself.
So if I've already told you about this I'm sorry, but if I haven't
then I want you to give this a try. It doesn't cost you a thing and
it will only take you a few minutes to do.

when you get to the web site look at the top and click on where it
says consulting. When you get there fill out every thing as best as
you can and send it in. They'll will send you free samples of every
product they think will work best for you along with a product
booklet and a regiment just for you. I've gotten as many as eight
different products from them to try and the samples aren't one time
use samples. Some are a fare size and can last you any where from a
week to three, depending on how much you use at a time. I do
remember giving you the names of some store in Toronto that carry
Mario products, but this is a way for you to get a good idea as to
what will work best. You can also email them and a pro from the main
store in New York will email you back telling you exactly which
products she thinks will work for you. Either way you do it you'll
get some nice size samples of some great products and hopefully find
a few that will work for you. Like I said before I've been dealing
with this since I was about twelve, so I know how you feel and how
hard it can be to find products that work and work good together.
I'd still being using Mario Badesuc products if the store in my area
didn't close down and the cost to have something shipped to me
wasn't out of my price range. Unfortunately to have one thing
shipped to Windsor is almost as much as some of the products cost
sometimes even more and I don't like to use my credit card if I
don't have to. If you do end up finding something you like I know
one store that will take Pay Pal that shouldn't cost you to much to
have shipped because they're right in Toronto. Let me know if you do
give this a try and how it works out for you. If you find you really
like what they send you I'll find that store for you, you might even
be close enough to just go there yourself and not have to pay
shipping at all. Oh and when I was going to the store down here, the
girl's always gave me samples to try before I bought anything as
well. I'm not sure if every store that sell Mario Badescu products
does this, but its always worth a try. Good luck and if I come
across more products that give me great results I'll let you know.



As for my kids going back to school, they don't go back until Sept 6th.
Mike was such a little bugger and missed so much school last year that I
have to go talk to them before they'll let him back in. He hates school
and should have graduated last year from high school, but like I said
he missed to many days and fell behind a year. In the beginning of high
school he was really sick. We thought he had something wrong with his
heart. He's fine now thank God, but he still hates school and I'm
worries now that he's eighteen and can call him self in, or leave the
school on his own, he will and they won't let him back in at all.

Luke will be going into grade ten this year. He doesn't like school
either, but he hates to miss any time because he's girl crazy and
doesn't want to miss out seeing any of them. BOYS!!!



You'll find out what its like one day and I bet you'll remember me
telling you this. When kids become teenagers it's like they aren't human
any more. It becomes almost impossible to talk to them again, or be
around them until they get into they're twenty, or even older. That's
when most change back into humans, some can take a little longer
especially if they're males!!LOL You just have to take a deep breath and
hold it until they become human again. My best friend told me this when
my kids were little and boy was she right!! Her kids are both in
they're twenty's now and you can talk to them with out a door slamming
behind them now. Unfortunately mine still have a long way to go. LOL
