I was SO excited when I saw it recently while out shopping and immediately grabbed a bottle of shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling stripped afterwards and make my long hair tangle lots until the next washing. I’ll save it for once a week when as a clarifying shampoo, but won’t use this daily for my hair. -
Sol de Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream
This stuff is awesome. It took me a bit to get used to the scent, but it is not unpleasant. Leaves my skin feeling super hydrated, smooth, and soft. It’s kind of pricy but you don’t have to use a ton of it, so it kind of works out. Very nice... +

The moisturizer is nice, it has a pleasant scent. It’s something I might throw on one morning when I’m too tired to get fancy. I got a sample to try and I’ll give it a few more tries before it’s finished. I probably won’t purchase. -

I don’t feel a lot of sensitivity afterwards, and the bleaching process is comfortable. While you have to see a dentist to be able to purchase this product, it definitely works. -

This is my first time using retinol products so I don’t have any other brands of products to compare this to. I have to say that after a month of light to moderate use, I have seen a noticeable improvement in the fine lines on my forehead. Before I started using this product the lines were becoming visible when I would look in the mirror from 2-3 feet away. Since I haven’t used retinol before I started slow, every 2-3 days and then every other day. From what I have read it takes up to three months to see the full effects of retinol use, and in the next week or so I will start to use it daily and see what happens by new year.
I got this full sized, as an add on item from Ipsy so it was a good deal and I’ll probably buy it again if they offer it. At full price it retails for about $85 US, so it isn’t cheap. But it hasn’t been too hard on my skin, though I did get a couple of mild breakouts in the first two weeks. Since then my skin is improving I can’t see the lines on my forehead unless I get close. I’d recommend this, make sure to wait about 20 mins after applying before you put on a good moisturizer. And spf for when you’re going to be exposed to the sun as from what I’ve read it increases skin photosensitivity.
