It locks in moisture and provides curl definition On curly hair it is super easy to use apply to damp or dry hair and distribute from the root to the tip. On straight hair it be distributed from the root to the tip on damp hair and dried with a diffuser for a wavy texture or when hair is mostly dry before curling it.
