I really enjoy going to Hey Lucy!! They have a location on King Street as well as another location that opened near Bloor and Bathurst a few years ago. Hey Lucy always makes me reminisce of when I went to university in downtown Toronto and would frequent Hey Lucy for martinis with my girl friends!
I have enjoyed both the beverages and food at both locations! The martinis are delicious, especially the caramel apple and jolly rancher. I also enjoy their food! I have ordered delicious sweet potato fries, decadent maccaroni and cheese and delicious grilled sandwiches! Great to visit for drinks or food!
My only improvement would be to lower the price of the martinis. They have Martini Wednesday, where the drinks are under $5, but on average, their martinis (with tax not gratuity) are around $12! Terribly overpriced, although delicious!

Never a very big fan of Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal! Always tasted rather bland, as does most bran. The combination of raisins and milk do not enhance the taste/flavour either. Not for me!

I like Reese Pieces Peanut Butter Candy are delicious! They consist of a peanut butter filling covered in milk chocolate, similar to Smarties/M&Ms;. They come in three different colours - orange, yellow and brown, chosen from the colours used in the packaging of Reese products! I enjoy these candies, as they are convenient and can be easily found at convenient/grocery stores; however, I like the taste of original Reese Peanut Butter Cups better! -

I was a loyal to Sex and the City for all of its six HBO seasons! My friends and I gathered together with wine to watch the series finale. I loved how the characters had progressed throughout the seasons and how their stories were concluded in the series finale. It did not leave me disappointed.
However, the movie did. I hated what they did with the characters, what happened with Carrie and Big especially. It did not get any better with the second movie!

My mom recommended Batiste Dry Shampoo, as it was similar to another brand she had used when she was younger. It works well at refreshing your hair between washes, removing that oily/greasy feeling. It leaves it feeling fresh and clean without added residue. I like that this product because it comes in different scents (e.g., fresh, cherry, tropical) and for different hair tones (e.g., light/blonde hair, dark/deep brown hair). -

I really like Souvlaki Hut! I used to frequent the Etobicoke location at 5304 Dundas Street West! I always received great, welcoming and friendly service! I usually purchased the Small Chicken Greek Salad or Dinner, or Chicken on a Pita. I like their salads, vinegar dressing and hefty portion of feta cheese!
I wish Souvlaki Hut made their tzatziki taste more homemade....taste like it is made with sour cream and not as fresh as other local Greek restaurants, such as Magic Spot Grill at Royal York and Bloor. I also wish their prices were not as steep. Usually costs around $14 for a small chicken salad, as opposed to just under ten dollars at other local Greek restaurants.

I LOVE MAGIC SPOT GRILL!!! It is located at 2973 Bloor Street in Etobicoke (near Royal York and Bloor). I grew up in Etobicoke and have been going here for years, even multiple times a week when I worked near the location. It is a family run Greek restaurant - the owners are incredibly attentive, friendly and caring! This really is a place where you are greeted like you are part of their family!
You can either place your order and sit down or you can place a pick-up take-out order. You are able to place your pick-up order by phone, which is so convenient. The orders usually take between 10-15 minutes, and they are wrapped with cutlery and napkins, ready for you to pick up! So convenient and flexible!
I would highly recommend the Chicken Greek/Caesar Salads! They are just under ten dollars, but they include delicious salad, fresh skinless, boneless chicken, tzatziki (which I have often tried to replicate but don't even come close) and garlic bread! Other favourites are their burgers, fries/onion rings, fish and chips, chicken greek dinners...many people SWEAR by the banquet burger. They also have a delicious breakfast brunch for under $5 on Saturday/Sunday!
I guarantee if you visit Magic Spot, you won't be disappointed in their food, price and quality of service. It really is a "Magic Spot." :)
