Catelli® Protein+ Penne Pasta is a plant-based protein pasta. It is made from chickpeas, peas and lentils and provides 17g of protein per serving. It combines the features of regular pasta with additional nutritional value. It tastes a little different from classic pasta but I like that. I use it for my pasta dishes and love how they turn out. There is a good firm texture, new taste and nice flavour. This pasta is easier to digest due its plant based nature, that's why there is no heavy feeling after eating it. And still providing a good amount of protein to the meals. It is easy to prepare, ready in nine minutes. It also does not contain any GMO ingredients making it a perfect healthy meal choice.
