Great help for hot flashes!

I received the Swiss Natural Menolibrium for free from Butterly and actually got it for my mom who is currently hot and heavy into her menopause journey (pun intended haha) but all jokes aside, she followed the daily dosage and finished out the trial bottle. When I asked her if and what symptoms it helped with, she said that while she didn't notice much of a difference with other symptoms, she did notice that her hot flashes become much less intense. No more excessive sweating, no more over-heating to the point of almost dizziness. Not so hot flashes

I’ve been using Swiss Natural Menolibrium for two weeks now, and I’m impressed. this supplement has made a noticeable difference.

Worth trying!

I tried the Swiss Natural Menolibrium capsules. I took 2 daily. It did seem to alleviate some symptoms or at least help reduce them such as night sweats and insomnia. I appreciate that there is no gluten, wheat, sweeteners or dairy as I can be sensitive to it. Would recommend trying but results may vary from person to person but definitely helped a bit! The pills are a bit large but as long as you are fine with taking pills you should be okay!

It’s works

After 5 days I notice an improvement on my pain in the whole body and a little less pain in the vaginal part. Associated in addition to matcha every morning the effect seems accelerated. Finally a product that works. I had to try 30 products and it is the only one that works and is proven in clinical trials.

Finally I find myself and recognize myself and especially my pain of the whole body decreased which improves my quality of life downright for 15 years I was suffering.

Hot flashes more warm flashes now

I got these free to review. I have been taking them for a week now. I am finding I am sleeping better and not awake all night. My hot flashes have decreased to warm flashes now which is much better. I have more energy during the day now that I am sleeping at night. I will continue to take them as I feel it will take more time to get the full benefits of this.

Not for me

Swiss natural is a very well known Canadian brand for vitamins and natural supplements. I am only at the beginning stages of my peri-menopause journey, and I was sent this product to try for a month.

The product claims:
* Clinically shown to help relieve symptoms associated with menopause, including:
* Hot flashes/night sweats
* Paresthesia (numbness)
* Insomnia
* Nervousness
* Melancholia
* Mood/depression
* Vertigo (dizziness)
* Fatigue
* Rheumatic pain (joints, etc.)
* Vaginal dryness

Unfortunately for me, I didn’t notice any changes. That being said I am only at the beginning of this stage in life & I also struggle with multiple chronic illness where most of these symptoms are prevalent. These factors may have had an impact on the efficacy of the product.

I was still glad to be given the opportunity to try it.

Overall great natural remedy

I've been taking these pills for a few weeks now to help manage my menopause symptoms. While I didn’t experience dramatic changes across the board, I did notice some improvements.

What worked for me:

Hot flashes: These have definitely lessened in both frequency and intensity. This was one of my biggest concerns, so I was glad to see some relief.
Insomnia: I’m falling asleep a little easier now, although I still wake up during the night occasionally.
Mood: I’ve felt slightly more stable emotionally. The mood swings aren't as intense as they used to be.

What didn’t change much:

Fatigue and nervousness: I’m still struggling with low energy and a jittery feeling during the day. The supplement didn’t really help here.

No noticeable improvement so far in either areas:
Paresthesia (numbness), vertigo, melancholia. These weren’t major issues for me, so I can’t speak much to their effectiveness for these symptoms.
Overall, I'd say the supplement has helped somewhat, especially with the hot flashes and mood regulation. It's not a miracle solution, but it’s a decent start if you’re looking for some natural relief. Overall great product!

Great and easy to take

Great for when you get older. Keeps your symptoms under control and not as feeling moody.
They are easy to take and nice small pills. No real side effects and doesn't have much taste. Great feeling afterwards.
