It’s great!

I love that these are chewable. Sometimes I dread having to swallow pills even now that I’m an adult. 🤣 bonus that these have folic acid in them! I will definitely buy these again!

A great little B12 solution!

As we eat mainly plant-based, B12 is always on our minds. My husband's recent blood work showed slightly low B12 levels so this was an ideal solution. He loves chewable tablets, so this is a great way to get a good dose of B12 in an easy manner.

These B12 vitamins tablets are small and easy to chew. They have a pleasant berry taste to them. They also contain folic acid. Instruction is to chew one a day. They are not chalky at all, which I was nicely pleased with!
I can purchase their health products at drug stores like Lawtons and Simply for Life in my town. Their products are also available to order on the internet.

These chewable vitamins are an easy addition to your vitamin routine if you require B-12 supplementation. They are easy to chew and dissolve easily, and they taste decent - kind of like bubblegum, if a bit chalky. If I am ever in need of a B-12 boost, I won't hesitate to pick these up.
