Okay so I’ve had this foundation since December and hated it at first because it was SO dry and made my skin look flaky. After trial and error and trail again, I’ve found the BEST way to apply this particular foundation.
Step one: exfoliate and cleanse your face.
Two: use your favourite toner
Three: use your favorite moisturizer and eye cream/eye serum.
Four: PRIMER! I really like the Nude by Nature primer as it is a creamy moisturizer type primer rather than most typical silicone-based primers. Let it dry!!!
Five: apply this foundation lightly in “dabs” with a DAMP makeup sponge. Make sure you get the sponge wet and ring it out first!
Six:apply your a tying powder and other makeup.
Seven: Spray to set!

I was happy with the application of this product. It blurred pores and left my makeup with a beautiful dewy finished look, however after using this product for a few days, I noticed my chin developer small bumps/imperfections and I need up with terribly painful cystic acne on my lower face. I don’t have acne and am not sensitive to most products. I would not recommend this product. It’s now taken me multiple weeks to try and clear this acne and sudden “bad skin”. -

Okay so I only get bad acne spots once per month which is nice. Except when I do get them, it’s painful deep cystic acne bumps. I put Polysporen triple on the bump(or popped pimple) and leave over night. This stuff works miracles! If it heals your cuts over night, why wouldn’t it do the same for acne. The bumps are reduced and open skin is healed with a layer of skin. The acne will still be red, however flat and easily covered with makeup. Holy grail of acne products right here. Shhh my secret is now yours! -

I wasn’t totally sure if this was supposed to be used in place of a moisturizer or primer or as a serum? Very vague. I decided to use it in place of my moisturizer. It worked great and smoothed out my skin as my moisturizer would have. I felt like My skin stayed hydtrated all day, with no sticky or built up residue.
I would just like to see more details on the packaging as to what application this product is intended for.

I do find that there tends to be a lot of fall out with these colours though. Very dry shadow. Tip is to spray your brush with setting spray and then dip into your shadow! Love the mirror and shape of this pallette. It is easily packed up to travel.

Silky soft but still firm enough to apply the product on evenly and exactly where you want it. Might as well through my other 2 foundation brushes away. They won’t be used now. -
