We haven't done a Gratuitous Hottie Face Off in a while so I'm pretty excited to get talking about these two fine specimen. However, I am even more excited this week because this week, the hotties are double connected! Not only are they both named Chris, but they are also both in the upcoming movie, The Avengers! Chris Evans (left) will be playing Captain American (ohhh, tights and spandex!) and Chris Hemsworth (right) will be reprising his role as Thor (can you say, YUM?). I guess you could say that not only are they super heroes, they're also super hotties!

So, let's get started on this face off and start debating in three rounds which one of these boys is the cutest. At the end, we'll tally the round winners and one man will come out on top!

Round 1: Short and Sweet Buzzcut or Long, Luxurious Mane?


Chris Evans (left): If you've never seen Chris Evans with his spiky hair before, check out this picture and then do yourself a favor and compare. I think you'll agree ladies, that sometimes, the haircut makes all the difference! While spiky Chris is still a regulation hottie, I can't help but be reminded of a 90's boy band. This sophisticated look is much better for you Chris!

Chris Hemsworth (right): Chris Hemsworth, related to Liam Hemsworth (i.e. Mr. Miley Cyrus), looks very similar to his brother except for that head of hair of his. At first, I wasn't too crazy about this hippie revival look, but the more I looked at him, the more I fell in love with that hair! I'm thinking it's petty schmexy, what do you think chicks?

Winner: I sat for 5 minutes trying to decide who should win this round before I decided to cop out and play it safe; I'm calling it a tie. These two guys both have the perfect cut for their respective gorgeous faces. Can't I have both?

Round 2: Which Gent is Looking Don Draper Level Dapper?
 

Chris H: Check you out Mr. Hemsworth! Looking all fancy in your three piece tails! I'm not really a gooey, gushy romance type of gal, but when I saw Chris looking all sorts of good in this suit I was pretty much ready to take a walk down the aisle. 

Chris E: I. Love. This. Suit. So chic, so classy and so fashionable! I really like that Chris is taking a risk here in a plaid three piece suit, and it is paying off because he looks incredible. 

Winner: After much internal debate, I'm going with Chris Hemsworth on this one. Evans looks amazing cute but there is just something about Hemsworth in tails that is crazy hot and romantic at the same time. 

Round 3: A Bit of Scruff or Clean Shaven?


Chris E: Oh Chris, it's like you read my mind. I feel like you knew how I liked my men and you went for it, just for me. I appreciate that scruffiness of yours! 

Chris H: Chris has an amazing jawline and I think from now on, his jawline will be the standard to which all jawlines are held. Be proud Chris, it needs to be shown off. 

Winner: This one was a toughie but I love me a rough and bearded dream boat so I've got to go with Chris Evans! 

This was a pretty excellent and intense face off if I do say so myself. In fact, it was such a toughie, in the end I couldn't decide on a winner. I just want both boys to myself, is that so wrong?
