Hot Trend: Tribal Style Beaded Sandals

Posted by Cathy | Thursday June 10, 2010 Leave a comment
One of my favourite sandal trends this season is the tribal style flats. They are strappy, beaded and braided and have a laid-back, artisan vibe that just oozes "cool". Earthy browns, blues, oranges, and golds dominate this trend.

Here are our top picks:

Women's Mossimo Supply Co. Lonnie Studded Gladiator Flip Flops are only $9.74 (USD) at Target!

These Old Navy Women's Mosaic-Beaded Leather Sandals ($19.50 USD) are a dainty take on this trend.

The American Eagle Tomahawk Beaded Ankle Sandal ($24.99 USD) from Payless Shoe Source is a steal!

INC Desert Sandals ($49.99 USD) from Macy's are as simple as this trend can get.

ALDO Tellado Sandals ($60 CAD) are right on trend with the beaded ankle-wrap.

The Atlass sandal ($79.95 USD) from Steve Madden has a fantastic Indian flair and are definitely on my "shoe radar" this season.

Be pretty in pink in the Steve Madden Saydie ($89.95 USD).

The intricate beading on the Nine West Prominent gladiator ($99.99 USD) is fresh and fun.

If you don't like when your sandals come between your toes, you'll love the House of Harlow 1960 Beaded Flat Sandals ($116.99 USD) from Saks Fifth Avenue.

These Sam Edelman Dawson Studded Flats ($129 USD) from Bloomingdales attract attention in all the right ways.

I'm in love with these Kate Spade New York Illia Flat Sandals ($225) from Bloomingdales.

Do you like the tribal trend?
