The Silkberry Baby Bamboo Zippy is now a favourite in our daily sleeper rotation. The 6-12 month size gives a great amount of stretch, which is a perfect when you’re dealing with a baby who is constantly on the move and growing by the day. I feel like there is plenty of room for her to continue to grow into it. The material does have that cloud-like softness from the bamboo fabric. It also washed really well and stayed soft and the colours remained vibrant. Features like the two-way zipper for quick diaper changes is always a big plus. I do wish the 6-12 month came with the non-slip grips on the feet however, because my baby is already on the go. Overall, the sleeper is luxurious, practical and durable which definitely passes the ‘mom-test’.

Finding a quick breakfast that actually keeps me full until lunch is a challenge, especially on busy mornings with my baby girl. I’ve been enjoying Goldy’s Superseed Instant Oatmeal Protein+ in the Original flavour lately, and it has made my morning routine so much simpler. I love that it’s so quick to whip up and that the ingredients are so clean. It doesn’t have any extra added sugar which is a major pro. I also like this feature because it lets me customize it just the way I want, and I can switch it up daily depending on my mood to keep it interesting. The texture of the superseeds gives it a really satisfying crunch instead of that mushy consistency you get with most instant brands. Also, the Protein+ version means that I can get the extra fuel I need to keep up with baby girl as well. Now we can have mummy baby breakfast dates every morning!

My postpartum journey has me looking for more holistic ways to support my wellness, so the Radiant Root Navel Oil really intrigued me even though I had never tried navel oiling before. I had heard about the practice previously, but would have never known where to start or what kind of oils to use. This blend simplified that whole process for me since it was carefully crafted to help with gut health and glowing skin. I love that it only takes about 30 seconds which makes me much more likely to keep it included in my nightly routine. The oil itself is lightweight and absorbs quickly. After using it, I noticed that I am less bloated the next morning. The skin in that area is also soft and glowy which is great, because I felt that it lost some elasticity after being pregnant. I think if you’re looking for something natural it’s definitely worth the try!

The Mustela Hydra Bébé Body Lotion feels very lightweight, and absorbs almost instantly. Even though it doesn’t feel greasy on my baby, it still keeps her skin feeling soft all day. I’ve also noticed how bouncy my baby's skin looks after applying this. I fin that it’s the best last step to our bath routine to really lock in the moisture. It smells incredible also.

What I love most about the Gentle Cleansing Gel is that it’s gentle enough for both the hair and body, which replaces multiple products and makes bath time so much simpler. Since it’s soap-free I don’t have to worry about it stripping away my baby girl’s natural oils in her skin and hair. I also don’t have to be as careful with her eyes because it is also tear-free. It has that nostalgic Mustela scent that lasts for hours. I really love it for daily use.

When you eat them, these crackers never feel heavy or greasy, but somehow you still feel full even with just a few. This cracker gives that classic, savory 'Everything Bagel' flavour without the heavy carbs. I really enjoy the incredible texture of the densely packed seeds. The seasoning is perfectly balanced without being overly salty but still satisfies my need for a salty snack. Because they are so high in fiber and healthy fats, I don’t at all feel guilty for eating these. And I actually only have to eat a few and I feel full which is amazing. I love eating these straight out of the bag, but my favourite combo is topped with some tuna salad!

As someone who is always on the go, I used to reach for instant noodles when I was short on time, but I decided to make the swap to The Rice Stuff Box instead. I always hated how much sodium and 'junk' was instant noodles, but I feel so much better eating this rice because of how clean it is. It has no artificial flavours. It’s so quick and convenient to make too. In the pineapple fried rice flavour, you get that hint of sweetness from the pineapple. Love it!
