I hate going to the salon every 6 weeks to get color and highlights when it is just my root line that has grown out. This product is perfect for stretching that time to three months ( maybe longer ). It is one of the best ready made protein shakes that I have tried. I do prefer the chocolate but the vanilla also tastes good. The price is a bit costly compared to other brands but it is well worth it. They are very high in protein and low in calories so a good overall product for someone who needs a quick and easy boost of energy. I most certainly will be continuing to use this product on a regular basis. -
