I received the Cottonelle Ultra bathroom tissue as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club, and have started using it over the past week. As other reviewers have noted, this toilet paper is very thick and strong. It will hold up to use, and will not leave any straggly bits behind. I found this to be a very high quality toilet paper, but the price is quite high. While I will continue to stock this in my bathroom, I will wait until it is on sale to buy since the regular price is anywhere between $7.99 and $9.99 per package.
Of comparable softness and quality is Cashmere Ultra bathroom tissue, which is on sale more frequently.

I received the "Lavender Comfort & Warm Vanilla" Febreze NOTICEables Dual Scented Pluggable Air Freshener as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I love the scent of lavender at home because it infuses warmth, relaxation and comfort into my living space. This particular air freshener unit cycles through two compatible scents to keep things smelling fresh at home. I really enjoyed the balance between the vanilla and the lavender scents, and noticed when the unit would cycle subtly from one scent to the other.
As others have noted, it can be a bit overpowering at first if you set it on high. However, you can change the amount of scent output, and I found that keeping it on a low setting worked best. If that is still too much, you can always plug it in for shorter periods of time rather than leaving it plugged in continuously for 30 days until the oil is finished.
This is an excellent product and, like all Febreze products, worth every penny.

I received the Febreze NOTICEables Dual Scented Pluggable Air Freshener as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. Usually, I love the comforting and relaxing scent of lavender at home so I probably would not have initially bought the "Morning Walk & Cleansing Rain" combination. However, after using it for a couple of weeks, I would definitely buy this scent duo again. It is light and fresh, and will make your living space smell delightful - it will smell as though you had bottled up spring and brought it inside.

While this does cost more than other body butters, this is a decadent treat for your skin that I would recommend for anyone wanting to pamper themselves. A little goes a long way. Unlike other body butters that might leave a greasy feel on your skin, the Bliss Naked Body Butter absorbs quickly into your skin and leaves behind no greasiness, just this awesome silky soft skin. It also works great as a hand cream.
If you have a Sephora near you, I'd highly recommend popping by to sample this product. You can always ask them to put some of the body butter into a small pot for you to take home and try. Just be warned that once you try this, it might be tough to go back to your regular drugstore moisturizing lotion.

If you have very dry, chapped lips, the MAC Lip Conditioner will turn your lips into soft, kissable pillows. Are there other lip balms that work just as well? Probably. For less cost? Maybe. However, this is an excellent product and your lips are worth it. -

L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue Haircolour was so easy to use - even for a haircolour novice like me! In the past year, I have started to notice a few grey/white hairs on my head. It was such a bother to use regular haircolour because I didn't need to use the whole box. However, I found that although L'Oreal Paris Root Rescue is made to help women to colour their roots, it works for those of us who only have a handful of greys (or whites) to mask. It matched my naturally black hair very well, and made my hair soft and shiny. It's so easy to use and works so well that I'll be recommending this to anyone wanting to cover their roots or their minimal grey hair. -

I love the Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat. Made from an acrylic polymer complex that dries nail polish in 30 seconds, this product is great for folks like me who are too impatient to wait half an hour (or more) for the colour to dry. In 10 minutes, I finished applying nail polish to my fingers - base coat, colour (one coat only), top coat, and Insta-Dri. You do have to wait two minutes after applying the top coat before applying the Insta-Dri, then give it a minute to dry and you're all set to go. I didn't have any problems with smudging, and it is dry to touch. I would definitely recommend this product. -

Using the Philips SatinPerfect Epilator is like using 32 tweezers (at the same time!) to remove hairs from your legs. This works like a charm in pulling out the hairs right from the root, leaving skin soft and silky for days. If you usually wax, this is a more cost-effective way of achieving the same results, and you won't find it any more painful than applying hot wax to your legs. If you have a low pain tolerance, or have sensitive skin, you may want to numb the area beforehand. I found it slightly uncomfortable on the first use, but no longer mind the electric tweezing sensation. In fact, the epilator is so quick that I'm done moments after I start. So, bye-bye razor, hello SatinPerfect epilator! -

I am reviewing the Garnier Fructis Color Shield Instant Color Sealer as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I am a first-time user of hair colour so I was keen to see how using this product would enhance the longevity of my hair colouring efforts. I am usually a wash and dry girl, and loathe using too many hair products to style my stubbornly straight, limp hair.
For about three weeks, I followed the recommended usage and applied the Color Sealer after using the Garnier Fructis Color Shield Shampoo and Conditioner. I am not sure whether it helped to keep my hair colour looking fresh and vibrant, but it made my hair feel a bit sticky and oily. I tend to have an oily scalp so I did not like the results as I felt the need to wash my hair more often than I usually would.
I stopped using the Color Shield after the first three weeks, and stuck with the shampoo and conditioner, and found my hair to still look healthy and shiny. The colour stayed until the fifth week after applying the hair colour.
Would I use this product again? Probably not. I like my hair to feel clean and not greasy. I'm not used to applying a lot of product to my hair.

I am reviewing the Garnier Fructis Color Shield Shampoo and Conditioner as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. I am a first-time user of hair colour so I was keen to see the difference between using my regular shampoo, and using the Colour Shield products after colouring my hair.
Using my regular shampoo, I realized that the colour faded quickly and my grays were showing after about three weeks of shampooing my hair every second day.
When I used the Garnier Fructis Colour Shield Shampoo and Conditioner along with the Color Sealer, my hair colour stayed vibrant and fresh for nearly five weeks before I noticed some of the grays showing through. These products kept my hair soft and manageable, and protected my hair colour.
Would I use this product again? Definitely. Thanks for letting me try this out! It truly is a case of seeing is believing. These are affordable colour-safe hair products that you can buy anywhere. They provide salon-quality results for a fraction of the price!
