My dog Shakira, just turned 6 so we're extra mindful about what we give her to eat. I love that these dog treats are all natural and they contain pumpkin & turmeric which are both known to be anti inflammatory and good for digestion. This brand is one of our favorites because not only is it Canadian but also because I know that the treats are healthy for her. Shakira loves everything she's ever had from Auntie Kim's Kanine Kookies! It gives me the peace of mind knowing that they're also so beneficial to her health. Definitely a repurchase in our house.

I have been taking the Skin Health and Immune Support Fortified Probiotic for the past two weeks and my body is loving it. I have definitely felt the difference and as someone who takes collagen and probiotics, it's convenient having both in one product. The strawberry flavour is absolutely delicious and I love the added vitamins and minerals. I do have to admit that starting out, the full dose was a bit too heavy for my stomach, I needed time to adjust. But after a few days, I was able to take the full dose no problem. This is something I will continue to take. Not only is it delicious but it works so well.

I tried the Bisou Earl Grey Créme tea and I absolutely love the flavour of the tea. I love the hint of vanilla and with the citrusy notes of bergamot...it really was the perfect balance. My mornings are usually chaos so this was definitely a great way to start my morning. I paired my tea with a blueberry blossom gourmet honey and the mix was perfection. It helped me pause the chaos just for a moment while I enjoyed a nice cup of tea.

I immediately fell in love with the chocolatey flavour. It was such a delicious treat! The perfect balance of coffee and chocolate. This is definitely one of my favorite coffees to go. I love taking probiotics. I love the way they make my body feel and knowing I'm taking care of my body inside out gives me such peace of mind. That being said, I notice that when I change up my probiotics, my body needs time to adjust. Some have gotten me very sick so I'm always wary of taking too much. But these, I didn't need any adjustment period. That was something I noticed from day 1 and I couldn't be happier. No stomach pains! I take one pill in the morning and one in the evening. I love the convenience of it and will definitely be repurchasing. -

The original flavour was my favorite!! I loved the delicious crunch and airy feel of the crackers. They're such a delicious and healthy snack, perfect alternative to potato chips. I absolutely love this snack because not only is it delicious but it fuels my body and keeps me feeling fuller longer. I've never had a snack like this, it felt like I was eating trail mix but chip form. Definitely a unique texture and the flavour is delicious!!!! Perfect snack to take on the go. -

I am turning 41 in a couple of weeks and when I discovered this product, I knew I had to try it. What really intrigued me was that it helps support my cellular health. Although I didn't feel any big changes right away but taking them consistently I did feel less tired throughout the day which made me so happy and relieved because as a mom of four, I am constantly running around trying to get things done before my energy runs out. I know that this was helping me from the inside out and I will definitely be repurchasing this.

As someone who uses instant coffee, this instant coffee was such a wonderful surprise. The taste was phenomenal. I tried it as an espresso and in a caramel latte and both were so flavourful. This is definitely convenient when you’re in a rush and want to take your espresso to go. I would definitely repurchase. I thought the concept of freeze dried coffee was so interesting and so glad I tried it. Definitely elevated my usual instant coffee experience. This one is my favorite!
