Great tasting and very filling. The first day I drank it I was full all day. I couldn't eat much. Had very small meals. The vanilla taste wasn't over powering at all and it wasn't sweet.

I received a free product from Chick Advisor to try this out. The container you get is quite large, and the value isn't bad (not the best either!). The scent wasn't too strong, which is important to me, since I am scent sensitive. The major downside was that it left my hands greasy for a while, so I couldn't just put it on and run out. I ended up only using this at night, when I was done for the day.
So, not bad, but there are better, less expensive options out there for cream lotions.
