I enjoy consuming electrolyte hydrating drinks when I'm on the move, such when I'm going for long walks. My husband enjoys consuming them when he's out skateboarding. I personally liked the flavour of ROAR Organic Strawberry Lemonade. It had a strong coconut water base flavour with a hint of tart strawberries and lemon. After spending all afternoon in the sun and being active, this drink really hit the spot! My husband was not as much of a fan of the flavour but he's more prone to consuming sugary drinks than me. I personally enjoyed that the drink has 3g cane sugar and only 20 calories and would definitely drinks things while on the go!

I like these pimple patches because they are effective at promoting the healing of my acne. Before patches, I would pick at my acne to the point where I would create scabbing/scarring. With the Thursday Plantation patches, I am touching my acne much less often when they are applied, which means no more scabbing. I also like that they come in 3 different sizes so that you get the perfect amount of coverage depending on the size of your offending zit. Lastly, I like that they use known anti-inflammatory ingredients like tea tree oil and cica.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved Plantropy Jack Stix. I hope that they expand to stores soon because I would definitely reach for them during normal grocery trips. The sea salt was just alright in regards to flavour, as the jackfruit taste was still a little prevalent. But I LOVED the sweet ghost pepper and all dressed flavours. So packed with flavour and crunch, and I give those flavours 5/5 stars.

I received Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Squares to test and review from Butterly. I failed to take nicer photos because after one bite, I kind of inhaled the three squares I was sent to review because they were so tasty. I also packed them for my weekend trip to have as a little sweet treat and they got smooshed in my bag. Whoopsiesss. All of these chocolates were the perfect combination of creamy chocolate, and crunchy crispies and roasted hazelnuts. There was a dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate flavour, and the dark chocolate was my favourite! It was the perfect combo of crunchy/creamy. Definitely recommend these. I'd say they're perfect for sharing, but that's if you're willing to share. They're so good you may want to keep them to yourself! -

I've never tried a shower oil before so I was curious to try this product. I honestly had to look up how to use shower oils because the product listing was vague on the application/use for a first timer like me who was completely clueless. You can apply it instead of body wash or as a finishing step in your shower before drying off to lock in moisture. The L'Occitane shower oil smells lovely and like sweet almonds, and it applies softly to the skin. After my shower, I was left feeling soft and nourished!
My only dislikes were the lack of direction in application, and I'm not sure if this is something I would regularly incorporate into my shower routine. It's definitely more of an indulgence but would also make a lovely gift for someone.

I'm not vegan, but I am lactose intolerant/have a whey intolerance so I eat and drink a lot of dairy alternative products. Pizza is always hit or miss for me and sometimes gives me really bad stomach cramps. I had never tried a dairy free cheese before so I was super excited to try Daiya Dairy-Free Thin & Crispy Personal Pizza. I love how quick and easy this was to make! It only took 5 minutes in the air fryer and tasted just like a regular thin crust pizza. The cheese is dairy free cheese made with Daiya’s Oat Cream blend and each personal pizza is only 330 calories which makes this meal guilt free! I didn't know that dairy-free could taste this good. -

I like this topical pain relief cream because it's odourless and I work in a scent-free office. I have a bad shoulder and work a desk job, so there's some days where if I'm not mindful of my posture, my shoulder starts aching midday and I need to relieve it with a topical pain reliever. Menthol based creams have a strong odour and when you work at a scent-free office, that scent would linger and bother other coworkers. The Myoflex pain relief cream is great because it's odourless and effective! Now I don't have to worry about the smell bothering my peers and can get the pain relief that I need. -

This past year I've been focusing a lot on my diet and eating healthier. I realize that as a somewhat picky eater, I am not getting all of the nutrients that I need in my diet. I've started incorporating a multi-vitamin each morning to help me with the nutrients that I'm lacking, but it wasn't until I was sent these Omega3 supplements that I realized that there are other things I'm lacking in my diet. To start, I don't eat fish at all. It's a weird texture thing for me, so I'm definitely not getting as much Omega3 in my system as I should. The NOW Ultra Omega-3 supplements are a great way for me to incorporate fish oils and their fatty acids like EPA and DHA into my lifestyle, which are important for maintaining cardiovascular health and cognitive function. My only qualms with taking these pills are they're so dang big. I always have to take them with a giant gulp of water and hope that I swallow them the right way and that they won't go down funny, especially when as an adult, you should be taking 2 pills 2x a day. -

I enjoyed the Awake caffeinated chocolate. Sometimes having coffee or energy drinks in the afternoon can give me the jitters. Awake chocolate was the perfect snack for when I was out and about doing errands and gives me the energy boost that I need so that I can go about my day! And it tastes just like regular chocolate as well! You wouldn't even realize that it was caffeinated because it tastes just like a normal chocolate bar. -

These crispy onions are versatile and can be used in just about everything. I've tried them out on leftover pasta, on a grilled cheese and bacon sandwich, on hotdogs, and burgers. And I'm sure I could try them on other things like salads and noodles too! I like that there are no additives or flour fillers in them. Very back-to-basics. Their ingredients list on the package is literally only 2 ingredients: onions and sunflower oil. You can't get much more basic than that! I love the simplicity and knowing what's going into my body.
