I received the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Retinol Oil free from Chickadvisor to test. This was my first time ever trying retinol oil and I had heard that it could have some side effects including redness and peeling. I applied a full dropper to my face the first few nights and didn’t experience any more redness to the skin than was already there but there was some extra dryness. Towards the end of the week I applied a lot less of the product, enough to cover the face and found it works a lot better and feels nice and light on the skin and left my face smooth. Light is more with this product. It doesn’t smell bad or caused any blemishes or pimples which can often happen to me with pore clogging oils. -

I received the Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Cleanser free from Chickadvisor to test. This cleanser has the freshest scent ever. The cleansing exfoliating beads are smooth instead of rough and didn’t once irritate or scratch my skin. It left and nice soft finish on the face with no dryness at all which is normally my issue after cleansing. Will definitely purchase again!! -

I got the Canada Dry Ginger Ale Lemonade free to try from Chickadvisor and I was so excited. I love ginger ale and lemonade and figured it would be perfect. As I was walking around the store with the pack in my arms getting ready to check out multiple people came to ask how it was.
I’m super disappointed as I had such high hopes. I found the lemon flavour to not taste very natural, it had a very tart and chemical taste. It didn’t enhance the ginger ale taste but made it all taste like a bitter, fizzy, mess. I feel so bad cause I couldn’t finish it.
However, I will bring the case to a work bbq and hopefully someone else will enjoy it cause it’s just not for me.

It did look like I had applied something on my hair which bothered me. There was no scent which was nice. I probably won’t use this again though as I wasn’t able to find any indication that this wasn’t vegan or tested on animals. -

He did find the smell too strong for him and he didn’t enjoy the scent. I liked the scent in him though. It was a nice clean musk scent. -

I received the Degree Antiperspirant free to test from Chickadvisor. I found the smell to be really strong, which I like. When I’m at the gym or work I’d rather smell like flowers than BO. The scent didn’t overpower my perfume but it definitely was stronger than most scents. I liked how it went on dry. The only issue I have with this spray is it does leave white powdery residue on my underarms and completely stained my black top with white powder. I have yet to find a spray that doesn’t leave marks. -

I received the Nivea Micellair for dry skin to review for free from ChickAdvisor. I used this every night when taking off my makeup. I used it after cleansing wipes to pick up any extra oil and make up. It definitely didn't leave any residue and had no scent so it didn't hurt my eyes. I did find that my skin did feel dry in the morning after waking up so maybe it worked too well taking off oils. Although the formula says it's for dry. -

I received the Nivea Care Nourishing Cream free to review from ChickAdvisor. First, I really like the shape of the jar. It's tapered down at the bottom so it's easy to open and close. The smell of the cream is very light and clean. I put it on at night before bed as it wasn't greasy and I didn't feel like it would leave my sheets stained. When I woke up I found my skin felt a little softer. I tried it on my bf's legs where he has eczema and he noticed the cream didn't irritate his skin and helped calm the itching. -

I liked that the clay went on really smooth and wasn't thick. It had a cooling tingling effect which made me feel like my pores were shrinking. It was very easy to wash off and didn't leave my skin too dry. I still needed moisturizer after. I did have some pimples on my face from dirt and makeup and it made them less red and sore. -

I received the Canada Dry pomegranate cherry soda water free to try from ChickAdvisor. I drink soda water and sparkling mineral water every day now as a way to cut out soda and sugary drinks from my life and I really enjoyed the quality of the Canada Dry pomegranate cherry. The flavour was very light but crisp, it didn't have a chemical taste at all. I like that it is no sugar or calories. The only thing I don't like is that there is still a fair amount of sodium. It is also a lot more expensive than other soda water brands on the market right now. -
