You are so close to your delivery date. How are you feeling physically and emotionally?
Do you know the sex of your baby?

Just wanted to check in and see how the pregnancy is going? Hard to believe I have only got 46 more days to go. I'm a little sad my final pregnancy is coming to a close. I have got to get on the ball. I still haven't packed my hospital bag and I had an ultrasound at 32 weeks and my little one still hasn't turned. My on gave me something to do twice a week to try to help her but I was planning on going natural again but worried I might end up with a C-section. I guess child birth doesn't always go as planned. I still have till June 15th so there's still time she will turn but I'm hoping before it gets too cramped for her to turn.

Hospital bag essentials- a front opening nightgown, robe, slippers, comfy undies, heavy absorbent pads, toiletries & outfit to wear home. I also brought a book & magazines. For baby I would suggest socks, hat, front buttoning body suits, diapers & wipes as well as his/her going home outfit. You honestly don't need a whole lot :) I think we all pack too much. Also having the carseat installed in your vehicle ahead of time is awesome.

Our weekend has been busy. We went downtown to pick up our race packages for the 10k tomorrow. It was busy but a lot of fun. Decided to walk the 6k home while the weather was still nice. It is now pouring rain .... Boo!!!!

Really excited for you! Motherhood is amazing :) it won't be long now and you'll be joining the club. I know that moms to be are always asking for advice and the best I can give is to honestly cherish every single moment. They truly go by so so fast.

Wouldn't it though? I have my fingers crossed too!! Have been a fan since I was a baby, haha! Parents.... ;)

Nah, you're not crazy at all. The surprise is going to be incredible. I know it was for me!

Oh my gosh, where do I even begin? There is absolutely nothing in the world quite like being a mom. My kids are my whole entire everything! It was just the three of us for seven years so we've had our ups and downs. Most rewarding is seeing my kids happy. Knowing that I have created a life for them where they are comfortable and secure. Watching them excel at the things they enjoy doing. My daughter came out of nowhere two years ago with this incredible dance talent! I wasn't even aware she had rhythm ha ha! She is big into popping and is really good. A lot of what she has learned is self taught but she also dances downtown twice a week and loves it. I love watching her on stage in her element. So proud! She also began playing the clarinet in grade 6 and now has five years under her belt. She has traveled with her band to awesome places and really enjoys it. Her first trip out of Canada was with her band. It's so hard to believe that in two years she'll be graduating. Actually breaks my heart to be honest. The time goes by so incredibly fast. My son is easily the funniest person I've ever met in my lifetime. The things he comes up with are too much. The kid can learn lyrics to a song after hearing it twice, blows me away. He is very musically inclined but doesn't put it to any use haha. Tried the saxophone and that only lasted two months. He is passionate about Scouts though and really elnjoys the challenges that comes with it. He will be heading to Nova Scotia this summer, his first big trip and he's so excited. Scouts has been a huge positive. For a kid that has spent his life with huge groups of girl friends its been good for him to branch out and meet some guys.

Wow..... ramble much? This will be you one day talking about your son or daughter LOL!!!!! Us moms can't help ourselves.

Yes!!! Go Oilers!!! It's so exciting they are finally in the playoffs!! Only Canadian team too, woooooo!!

I'm a mom of two, my daughter is 15 (16 in August) and my son is 11 (12 in July) I also left their genders as a surprise, way more fun that way in my opinion. Also I was 100% certain I was having a girl both times so my boy was such a shock haha!! What do you think? Any inclings? You're first, that is sooooooo exciting!

It's actually my third. My son is already seventeen years old. Im so amazed already at the man he's become. He's graduating this year, hes so level headed and mature and has never gotten into any trouble. I'm wondering if I will be just as lucky with my girls. My daughter's 16 months old and I have another girl in June. I just find that there's so much more products out there for babies and young kids now that it's harder to choose. So many brands if strollers and car seats.etc. I have a bugaboo chameleon for my daughter and I love it but now I can't decide if I keep that and baby carry, get a double stroller buy a sit n stand. There's so many options it can be overwhelming. I guess I should see if there's any reviews on double stroller and sit n stands on Chick Advisor.
