It’s the perfect little pick-me-up when I need a boost without brewing a full cup of coffee. Each piece has about 50mg of caffeine (roughly half a cup of coffee), which is just enough to get me through that mid-afternoon slump. Tasty, convenient, and effective — Awake chocolate is officially my new go-to energy fix!

What I love most is the convenience — no bulky bottles, no mess, and they take up almost no space, whether you're storing them at home or packing them in a suitcase for travel. Quite the opposite, I actually *like* the taste of these B-12 chewables! They’re pleasantly fruity without being overly sweet, and taking my daily B-12 has never been easier.
I recently discovered NOW Health, a Canadian brand, and I’ve been really enjoying exploring their range of health products. It’s always exciting to find high-quality supplements that are not only effective but also enjoyable to take. These B-12 chewables have definitely earned a spot in my daily routine.

I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and flavourful it was – the maple notes paired perfectly with the coffee, and the oat milk gave it a creamy texture without any of that weird aftertaste you sometimes get with plant-based drinks. It felt like a café-quality treat in a convenient little can.
I do wish it came in a larger size (because honestly, I could drink this every day!), but the smaller sized can is super handy for tossing into my bag on busy mornings. Hatch really nailed it with this Maple Oatado – it’s a plant-based option that doesn’t compromise on taste, and I’m definitely going back for more.

The rich caramel swirls and crunchy praline pieces were perfectly balanced, creating a luxurious, creamy treat that felt truly indulgent. The texture was incredibly smooth – you can really taste the difference that real Canadian milk makes. And knowing that Chapman’s is proudly Canadian made and family-owned just makes it that much sweeter.
What’s even better? Chapman’s has something for everyone – from nut-free options to frozen yogurt and fruity sorbets, they’ve got the whole family covered. This Caramel Praline flavour might have been a happy accident, but it’s definitely a new favourite in our house.

I’m always on the hunt for good quality treats that aren’t mass produced for my 4 legged baby Yoda & let me tell you, it’s very hard!
Till now, that is…I got the Auntie Kim’s Kanine Kookies Wild Salmon treats a couple of days ago and it’s no exaggeration when I say they’re the best thing I’ve found for him!
Never mind what I think - why don’t you see for yourself how excited Yoda is about them 😁🥰
These doggie treats are crunchy, appear to be super delicious (check Yoda’s reaction to them - he’s a doll but also a bit of a fussy Prince) & have all the possible goodness loaded into them - everything from maple syrup, to strawberries, flax seeds, Omega 3’s and of course the omega powerhouse - wild caught Salmon! At this point I think Yoda has better treats than I do 😅😂
These are great not only as treats but are also fabulous for supporting his gut health, digestion, joints and, overall health - critical for hyperactive and big doggos like him.
Besides the goodness I’ve already highlighted, I love their size - dogs the size of my poor pup Yoda usually either end up looking everywhere for the miniscule treats I throw his way if he can’t catch them, or they pose a serious choking hazard for him. Plus, his appetite is usually insatiable for small sized treats. These Kookies are a very sensible size and I can either break them into smaller bits easily or can rationalize with Yoda after giving him a couple of them due to their size 😎
Additionally, I’m all for good, healthy Canadian-made treats with ingredients I can trust are healthy and governed by our Canadian standards. Nothing but the best for my Princely, sweet boy Yoda! Pup approved 🥰🐾
