To really put this product to the test, I cooked half a serving of regular Catelli spaghetti and half a serving of Protein+ together. And I could not tell the difference between the two! The flavour and texture is identical which was pleasantly surprising. I think this is a great choice for people who love a simple pasta dish but want to get an extra boost of vegan protein with their meal. I paired mine with a traditional pasta sauce and it was so tasty. I love this product line!

I am now a big fan of the Protein+ line. Like the other pasta shapes, the penne does not have a distinct flavour or texture compared to regular Catelli pasta. It is a great way to sneak extra protein into your pasta dish. I made mine with traditional pasta sauce and mock chicken for a high-protein, vegan meal.

I am thoroughly impressed by this product line. I used the Protein+ elbow pasta to create a spciy vegan mac n cheese with nutritional yeast and topped with barbecue sauce and spices. I didn't notice a taste or texture difference compared to regular pasta. I think this is a great way to add extra protein to your pasta dish, which is especially helpful for vegans like me. Highly recommended!

The mister allows for a continuous spray, making application easy. My hair still feels light after use; a bit crunchy, but not overly so. My only real issue is that it doesn't have a strong hold on my hairstyle, and I don't think it would keep my curls in place if I wore it for a night out. Nevertheless, I think it's a great option for casual, everyday looks at an affordable and accessible price! -

I have dry, brittle hair that is prone to split ends. While I didn't notice it "rebuilding damaged hair from within" as it says on the bottle, it did make my hair feel significantly smoother and my ends feel less dry/coarse. I was pleasantly surprised by the scent! It's a faint coconut scent that is refreshing without being cloying. Make sure to use a small amount of product so as to avoid greasy hair the next day. Overall, I recommend this conditioner to anyone looking for a budget-friendly product for damaged hair! -

This one from Dove is really nice! It clocks in at a reasonable price for the drugstore and will last you a while since a little goes a long way (the first time I used it, I used too much and it made my hair greasy the next day: just a quarter-size will do!). I have dry, brittle hair that is prone to split ends, and I can say that this conditioner does make it feel more smooth and moisturized. The scent is pleasant but not very noticeable. Overall, a decent product for dry hair! -

There is no minty/plumping sensation, which I for one appreciate. It has a subtle, pleasantly sweet scent that dissipates once applied. While it doesn't make your lips stick together, it does feel oily when you rub your lips together. Like most glosses, it doesn't last long if you're eating or drinking; I have to reapply every couple hours. As for its "conditioning" properties, I've worn it a few times now and my lips don't feel noticeably smoother or softer. That being said, it looks nice on (and pairs well with the radiant primer from this line!). It's a great choice if you like natural makeup. -

I like the small size of the applicator; it allows for very precise application and lets you put each brow hair exactly where you want it. It's not really clear, though, it has a whitish tint that stays on top of your brows. When it dries, the hairs feel crunchy and stiff. However, they do stay in place, which is what the product promises to do. I recently received a sample size of the Anastasia Beverly Hills clear brow gel from Sephora and it performs a similar function but does a better job, in my opinion. Overall, it's a meh product. -

I've tried it both ways, but my favourite way to wear it is with minimal makeup (lip gloss, mascara, shimmer eyeshadow on the lid) for a natural, dewy look that's effortlessly pretty. I apply a light layer all over my face, using my fingers for precise application. As someone with fair skin, I was initially concerned that the pink tint would be too dark for me, but it blends into the skin perfectly. It reminds me a lot of the Glotion from L'Oreal, but much more wearable all over the face because the shimmer is less intense. Retailing for $20, it's a bit steep for a drugstore primer, but I think it's worth it because it doubles as a highlighter too. As for the cannabis, it gives off a (very) subtle herbal scent that's not noticeable at all once it's on your face. Overall, I really recommend this product! Great job, Nyx!! -

I like the pump; it dispenses the perfect amount of foam each time. I used the foam as a shaving cream and it worked really well for that purpose. If anything, I would prefer the foam to lather up a bit more, and be less liquidy. Other than that, this has been a great introduction to St. Ive's as a brand for me, and I'm excited to try some of their other products. Pick this up if you're in need of a shower foam! -
