On day two, we went for the ultimate comfort food: baked macaroni. Cheesy, creamy, and perfectly golden on top - this is one of those dishes that brings everyone to the table. For the pasta, we used Catelli PROTEIN+™ Elbow Macaroni, and honestly, it delivered more than just taste.

I was really impressed with the new variety of pasta from Catelli. I received this product for free from @CatelliPasta and @Butterly in exchange of my honest opinion.
You can find the Catelli PROTEIN+ at any major store. Ready in just 6 to 9 minutes, they do not have that grainy texture or earthy tasting like other high protein pasta out there I have tried. These are made with high-quality durum wheat flour and 100% plant based protein from peas, chickpeas and lentils. They have a neutral taste compared to the regular pasta I usually get. They also have 17g of protein in each serving!
The Catelli Protein+ pasta is certified vegan and non-GMO Project Verified.
I find these easier on my digestive system.
I recommend this to anyone who has been curious to try them!
