I have notoriously dry hands in the winter, and this year the moisture barrier on my hands has taken a beating from all the extra hand washing we're all doing. This lotion has worked wonders on my skin in ways I could previously get from a different brand which costs twice as much. It soaks in fast and doesn't leave my hands sticky or greasy, and has light nearly-undetectable clean scent. I will definitely be buying a full sized bottle or 2 when my sample runs out -

It's been a very dry winter, so I had already been using a rather rich night cream, so this seemed like a welcome swap in my routine. Unfortunately after just one night the skin of my face became dry and patchy, like it somehow became LESS moisturized overnight. I kept trying it the next morning and evening, but after that I had to stop so I could be seen in public again.
Pros:
- meant to be used night and day; it's convenient to only need one moisturizer!
- smells very nice
- it might work better in less-dry seasons than winter?
Cons:
- the shape of the jar (tapered from bottom to top) actually makes it incredibly difficult to pick up if your hands are particularly dry or recently moisturized (so, always)
- leaves skin very sticky and greasy no matter how much/little I use, or how much/little I try to massage it in
- it says to use morning and night, but makeup slides right off if you use it in the morning
- I seem to need to use a lot of product for each use, so it's got a pretty bad cost/gram value at the rate it will be used up
- badly dried out my face and caused patches of flakiness
I love Vichy's other products, but unfortunately this one is not a winner for me

It will take a few more weeks of usage before I can say whether or not it made a difference in hairfall, but for now it is at least a very nice conditioner! Unfortunately my review was wanted right away, so I have only been able to try it once.
Pros:
- nice smell
- psychological boosting "feels like it's doing something" minty tingle
- don't seem to need to use a lot of product, about half or less than I normally need for my usual conditioner
- my hair seems a little less frizzy
- my scalp feels less dry
- doesn't seem to "build up" on hair; no parabens/silicones
Cons:
- relatively expensive
- you need to use all 3 products (shampoo, conditioner, and "concentrate") to get the strengthening/fallout reducing effects
Overall, I will continue to use it and see if any improvements happen, it is supposed to start causing improvements after a few weeks. If any of my local stores decide to carry it (none of them do at this time) I will try to get the shampoo and concentrate to give it a more fair trial.

It might work well on very fine hair? I have thick hair with large curls, and my hair was no different with this product in it than if I had put nothing in at all. It added no definition or frizz control. I could maybe say it added some shine if I was being overly kind?
On the up-side that means that it's very lightweight! And it certainly wasn't sticky or crunchy even when I tried massive amounts of it to see if it would do anything :) So that's got to be worth something to someone!

Cons:
- Sticky
- Crunchy
- Rather than define my curls, it weighed my hair down heavily.
- Throughout the day, any time I accidentally touched some of my hair I had to wash my hands to get the sticky off them
The directions had said to apply liberally so I thought maybe the problem was that I had used too much? However, trying smaller amounts (even just the tiniest amount I could get it to dispense), it was STILL sticky and crunchy, but with the added effect that most of my hair dried frizzy, since the smaller amount was not enough to apply to all my hair, so I just had frizzy sections and crunchy sections at random

I have curly hair, which means I use a lot of product in it; this shampoo clears out all that gunk with ease in a single wash, but doesn't make my hair feel too stripped or dry afterward.
I also have a bright blue colour in my hair, and this shampoo seems to be doing an even better job of leaving the dye alone than my salon's special shampoo did....!? I'm going to be re-colouring soon and I'm kind of hyped to see if it lasts even longer than normal with this shampoo :)

I have normally-very-frizzy curly hair which completely rebels during Winter and turns into straw. I received this product for free about a week before a haircut appointment, where I was going to ask my stylist for what has become an annual moisturizing treatment. By the time my appointment rolled around, I didn't even need it! She even commented on how soft and nice my hair was, while all her other clients are fried from the dry winter we had here.
I absolutely adore the scent, it feels like a spa day every time I wash my hair. As an unexpected bonus, I've also been able to drastically reduce the amount of hair product I need to apply after showering; I'm pretty sure if my hair wasn't as curly as it is, I wouldn't need to add anything at all.
Some frizz-reducing formulas contain silicone that just sits on top of my hair, coating the strands until they end up worse instead of better since no moisture can get in anymore. I can tell the oils in this conditioner are truly soaking in, since there is absolutely no build-up, just soft shiny hair

The scent is my favourite part, it's very subtle but complex, and I received compliments from a friend when she hugged me (I felt like I was in a commercial for a moment)
It left my skin feeling clean but soft, and not dried out, and felt so luxurious that I was surprised when I looked up the price, I was so sure it wouldn't be affordable. You also don't need to use a lot of product to get a good clean

First; the scent wasn't very pleasant upon application (he had less polite words for how it smelled) and then to add insult to injury it did nothing to reduce perspiration or body odour. He rapidly sweated through his shirt within a couple of hours. We laughed at the 48 hour claim but stopped laughing when we realized he had such bad b.o. that I smelled him from across the room. He ended up having to wash up, change his shirt, and apply a different product to get him through the rest of the day.
He's never had an antiperspirant fail to work for him before, so I don't know what went so wrong with this product... but he very much recommends against it, and so do I!

I wanted to love Dove's spray antiperspirants, but the scents were all so cloying and overpowering, and the "unscented" one.... well it didn't actually work for me.
I'm so excited about the powder soft scent, it's perfectly subtle, and more importantly has kept me dry and smelling sweet, even through a long day of spring cleaning :)
I received this as a free sample, and I'm excitedly waiting for it to show up in my local store so I can stock up!
