I recently started using Swiss Natural® Activated Charcoal Capsules and they’ve made such a difference in how I feel after meals. They provide fast, natural relief from gas, bloating, and that uncomfortable pressure that can really slow you down.
I love that they’re made from 100% coconut-sourced activated charcoal—such a clean, simple way to support digestion while staying active and comfortable throughout the day.
It’s super easy to use too—just 2 capsules after meals—and I notice I feel lighter and more at ease pretty quickly.

I’ve been having the Swiss Naturals Total One® Multivitamin & Mineral for Women for the last few weeks and I think it’s such a well-rounded daily essential 💛
It’s designed to help maintain optimal health for women under 50 and is formulated with calcium, cranberries, vitamins C & D, and B vitamins to support energy, immunity, and overall wellness.
I love that it helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, making it a great everyday support supplement.
It’s not an overnight change though — after a couple of weeks of consistent use, I noticed feeling more balanced and less run-down and tired.
Bonus: it’s free from preservatives, artificial colours, dairy, wheat, and gluten, and only 1 caplet daily makes it super easy to stick with - I try and make sure I eat it with my breakfast - not on an empty stomach.

I’ve tried several gluten-blocking supplements over the years, and GluteGuard® is the first one that has genuinely made a noticeable difference. I follow a strict gluten-free diet, but accidental exposure still happens — especially when eating out. Since taking GluteGuard, I’ve felt significantly more protected and far less anxious about cross-contamination.
What makes it stand out is the caricain enzyme, naturally derived from unripe papaya. It’s clinically studied, and I can honestly say it’s much more effective than anything I’ve used before. I take it whenever I’m unsure about ingredients or eating at restaurants, or when ordering food at work, and I can confidentally and thankfully say it has consistently helped reduce the discomfort and symptoms I used to get from accidental gluten exposure.
It’s not a free pass to eat gluten, but it’s an excellent extra layer of protection. If you’re gluten-sensitive or dealing with accidental exposure, this product is absolutely worth trying.

After 1 month, they’re less thick and slowly regaining a healthier colour. It’s not instant, but it’s definitely helping.
