I just tried the new Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Squares assortment and honestly… every flavour was SO good 🤍🍫
The dark chocolate and milk chocolate hazelnut squares were instantly my favourites because I’m a huge fan of both, but what really surprised me was how much I liked the white chocolate one! I’m usually not the biggest white chocolate fan, yet this one was incredibly creamy, smooth, and absolutely delicious.
I love how each square is individually wrapped, making it so convenient for carrying with me when on the go, and also making them perfect for a little treat or snack without overindulging. Every bite has these beautiful layers — a refined chocolate shell, creamy hazelnut filling, crunchy crispies, and roasted hazelnuts that make them feel extra luxurious.
Super creamy, rich, and satisfying… definitely a chocolate treat I’d reach for again! ✨

I tried the Farming Karma Sparkling Peach Soda and honestly… I went in with pretty average expectations—but that first sip completely surprised me.
The flavour hit me in the best way possible. It literally tasted like I was drinking fresh peach juice, just with a light, refreshing fizz. Not overly sweet, not artificial—just clean, juicy, and super crisp. You can really tell it’s made from real fruit, and that farm-to-can approach comes through in the taste.
What I loved most is how refreshing it feels. It’s one of those drinks you can enjoy without feeling weighed down by sugar or fake flavours. The peach flavour is bright and natural, with just the right amount of sparkle to elevate it.
Definitely a great option if you’re looking for something more elevated than your typical soda. I also love that it’s made with simple ingredients and real orchard-grown fruit.
Bonus: You can find it at Walmart in Canada, which makes it super easy to grab!

I’ve tried several gluten-blocking supplements over the years, and GluteGuard® is the first one that has genuinely made a noticeable difference. I follow a strict gluten-free diet, but accidental exposure still happens — especially when eating out. Since taking GluteGuard, I’ve felt significantly more protected and far less anxious about cross-contamination.
What makes it stand out is the caricain enzyme, naturally derived from unripe papaya. It’s clinically studied, and I can honestly say it’s much more effective than anything I’ve used before. I take it whenever I’m unsure about ingredients or eating at restaurants, or when ordering food at work, and I can confidentally and thankfully say it has consistently helped reduce the discomfort and symptoms I used to get from accidental gluten exposure.
It’s not a free pass to eat gluten, but it’s an excellent extra layer of protection. If you’re gluten-sensitive or dealing with accidental exposure, this product is absolutely worth trying.
