I had some on its own, and in a mixed drink. It's not super sweet, which is what I'm looking for in a ginger beer. I could have used a bit more spice, but it has a nice kick. I'd definitely recommend it if you've never had a Dark-N-Stormy!
A great option if you want to support Canadian next time you're looking for Ginger Beer. :)

I was worried it might be too hydrating in a way it would make my hair oily, but it left my hair soft and silky, as well as hugely manageable. Would recommend~! -

My yoga studio has these natural deodorants for sale, and I had considered it. I was looking for a gentle bit effective natural deodorant, and it delivered!
The texture WAS a bit weird at the beginning, you have to let it sort of melt with your body heat and you don't need very much. It's worth the small adjustment.
The scent isn't overpowering, which is great when you're copied up with your apartment with your roomie because of COVID-19.

...okay, so maybe that's why I was willing to put it in the fridge. It's already so refreshing, so adding that bit of coolness during the past heatwave was glorious. ...but maybe don't do that, I'm not sure how it would affect the product long term, though it felt amazing on my skin! The packaging feels heavy in your hand, and it's obviously high quality.
I've used Evian's refreshing face water mist before, so I thought this might be similar. I was wrong! This product offers a lot more benefits. Firstly, the mist is ACTUALLY a mist. You don't have to worry about huge droplets blobbing on and ruining your makeup. It's very fine and carries a light scent of which I'm a fan. It's not overpowering at all and I find myself misting more than at the beginning and end of the day.
It does refresh and hydrate my skin, and I do think this has helped with the glow I've had the last few weeks! I'm glad Clarins is using natural ingredients, as their classic line is already reliable, and adding in caring for the environment is a great move on their part.

I'm thrilled to have been chosen to receive and review this product from Chick Advisor.
I've been a Clarins fan for a long time, though in more recent years I've switched up my routine. When I saw that this was "MY Clarins" a slightly different part of the brand, I was very intrigued.
Firstly the packaging is beautiful and feels luxurious. I must say I was biased and impressed before I even used it! I do love the scent as well. As someone who has skin that can be sensitive, I found it glided on easily. It feels SUPER refreshing (THESE LAST FEW WEEKS have been crazy hot here) which is important for this season especially. It works well under makeup, which is also a plus.
My skin felt hydrated but not oily, so I would say if you have oily or combination skin it would be great for ANY summer. The consistency is sort of gel like.
I only wish it had SPF! If it had SPF 50 I'd be TOTALLY blown away, as it would bring this up to a perfect score. If that's not something you're concerned about, absolutely give it a try. And if it is, you can be like me and layer your products!

I'm torn! I love these adorable little one-use wipes and they're incredibly convenient. You can stash some in your purse or your car and have them ready in any emergency.
(but the packaging and waste worries me!) Anyway, time to review. These wipes do a great job. They remove heavy mascara and all-day-outlast lipstick easily, and are large enough to wipe your entire face. I was impressed with how clean my face was after using both sides.
I will absolutely use the wipes I have now, but would be more inclined to repurchase in a reusable/refillable container.

I used it on my face first, and it didn't pull at the skin and simply glided on. I also used it on my arms and it's just as comfortable to use all over.
I reapplied ever few hours and it didn't build up at all. I'll see how long it lasts in comparison to other types (cream, spray) though I can see myself purchasing this again!

I was super excited to recieve this package literally the day before a weekend getaway up north.
Over the winter, my hands have gotten dry. More than any other years and it's been tough keeping them hydrated! I work with clay on a regular basis and that adds to the insane amount of drying.
And then I got to use this hydro boost hand cream! It instantly made my hands feel moisturized. It has a fresh scent, you'll know what I mean if you smell it. It glides in smoothly with a really lovely texture that absorbs quickly.
I had my aunt use some and she asked "Is this in the market?" because she wanted to use/buy it right away.
I love the non greasy texture. Will be looking forward to using this throughout the week, not just for getaways!
