My heart beats a little faster every time I walk into the specialty cheese aisle at the supermarket.

During my last pregnancy, I was briefly lactose-intolerant even though I craved cheese like I'd never ever see it again. Creamy Bries, spicy Jalapeno-Havartis, and smoky Goudas were all I could think about. Thankfully, after my son was born my digestive system smartened up and I was back to loading my shopping cart with all the favourites I'd been missing.

My kids are happy participants in this culinary adventure and you'll never hear them beg for processed-this or freeze-dried-that.  From fresh Canadian Bocconcini served with vine-ripened tomatoes and balsamic vinegar to tangy Canadian Feta heaped on pizza, my family and I are single-handedly keeping the cheese section at our local Costco in business.

Tip: Make sure you look for the "100% Canadian Milk" symbol on your favourite cheese next time you're in the store. It guaranties the cheese is made from Canadian milk renowned for its purity, quality and great taste. You're also supporting your local Canadian dairy farmers!

Are you a cheese aficionada like me? Then you'll definitely want to join ChickAdvisor for our Master Class with celebrity chef Christine Cushing at our upcoming event in Toronto! 20 of you will attend our cooking class and have the opportunity to prepare three delicious new recipes featuring Canadian cheeses with her expert help.

Not in Toronto? We're opening this up to our online community as well! 1,000 Canadian women will receive a special invitation to join our live webcast and create the same recipes in the comfort of your home kitchen. We'll send you a special kit to get you set up, plus you'll have the opportunity to enter to win some amazing at-home prizes!

When: Sunday June 7, 2015 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm EDT (10:00am to 12:00pm PDT)
Where: Nella Cucina, 876 Bathurst Street, Toronto ON, M5R 3G3
Cost: FREE

If you are interested in participating for the Toronto event or the in-home experience, please take a moment to fill out a brief selection survey no later than May 17, 2015. If you are selected as an in-class Toronto attendee or Canadian at-home participant, you will be notified by email during the week of May 18.

As always, we encourage you to help spread the word about this fantastic opportunity on social media! Please remember to use the hashtag #MasterCheeseClass and tag @100CanadianMilk! We look forward to seeing you on June 7!

@MissyLee - hilarious! Yes, we would have loved to send out cheese but just can't take that risk of sending perishable things in the mail.

Thanks for the "cheese class" opp. Christine is great. Couldn't have come in person (this time) so chose the "at home" option - and got chosen.

So then yesterday got a call from the housemate that there was a cute little sized package for me, and that it was from ChickAdvisor. So I screamed "put it in the fridge", thinking it has cheese in it. It did not... Thought that cheeses so we could participate was our special surprise *LOL*
