The first email (which you referred to) was the announcement email we send out to our whole club encouraging people to indicate their interest (so we have a pool of people to choose from). Those who are selected (200) will receive a notification email probably today letting them know they are on the list. Everyone should make sure that @chickadvisor.com is on their email's safe sender list so that you do not miss the confirmation if you receive it. People who are not selected will normally not get an email. Hope that helps!
