Love how canadian this product is. It's easy to use when following the instructions. No gummy dough left on your hands. Let it rise for 5 mins. Baked up no problem. Added my onion salt and butter and voila, bread sticks. Will totally buy again from Save On Foods. Thanks again butterly and Sixteen Grains.

Nice fluffy golden crust!

This pizza dough was a lot better than I thought it was going to be, it had the nice crisp taste to it, it got really fluffy and golden. It didn’t taste processed like other pizzas. I would 100% buy and recommend.

Good product though strong rough dough

Great product though the dough feels very coarse and hard to feel unlike regular pizza dough mix flours.. For people who love wheat kind of stuffs it's a great product.

Easy Homemade Pizza with Artisan-Style Crust

I really enjoyed using the sixteen grains pizza dough mix to make pizza at home. The mix was easy to prepare and made it simple to create a homemade pizza without having to start the dough from scratch. The crust baked up beautifully golden and crisp on the outside while staying soft and chewy in the centre. I also love that it is made with premium Canadian wheat grown on a family farm. It is a great option when you want to make a delicious, bakery-style pizza at home and customize it will all your favourite toppings.

Easy Pizza Crust at Home

I really enjoyed how simple it was to make homemade pizza crust. This Sixteen Grains Pizza Mox only requires you to add water and mix. I was able to make 3 small pizzas with it. I loved the whole grain taste although it was not as popular with my kids. I would recommend this for anyone who loves pizza, wants it healthier and wants it easier to make at home.

Healthy option

This was a great option for me and as I’m very particular about what I eat. I made pizza cups with it and it was delicious.
I loved the crust of the pizza cups especially because these are clean ingredients pizza and there’s nothing to worry about the ingredients. Just premium!

I Tried Sixteen Grains Pizza Mix

I tried the Sixteen Grains Pizza Mix that I found at Save-On-Foods… and here are my thoughts.

First, I love that it’s made with premium Canadian wheat grown on a family farm in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I’m always happy to try a Canadian product and support Canadian businesses when I can.

Making it was super easy. It was quick, simple and definitely something I could see keeping in the pantry for those nights when you just need an easy meal without putting much thought into it.

Now for the crust … the texture wasn’t totally my thing. I found it quite heavy and dense, almost more bread-like than pizza dough. I tend to prefer a lighter, fluffier, airy pizza crust.

But, this may have partly been user error. I think I spread my dough a little too thick and I’d actually like to try it again and make a much thinner crust to see if that changes the texture.

So, the verdict? I didn’t love it… but I didn’t hate it either.

I loved how easy and convenient it was, and I especially love that it’s a Canadian product. If you like a heartier, more substantial pizza crust, you might actually really like this one.

Healthy alternative

From beginning to ready to eat in less than a half hour. Just pour the bag into a bowl and add water and optional oil (in my option oil is necessary). It made a soft wholegrain soda bread like dough, Not a classic pizza dough that I am accustomed too- it did hold up to being cut, held and to the toppings. I would probably add parchment and oil to the bottom of the pan next time as it still stuck a little even on a well oil pan. Works for a speedy, healthy alternative but is definitely different to the classic flavour and texture of a yeast pizza dough.

Loved it
