Blink and you might miss it. Tips Nail Bar is a sweet little nail bar tucked away on the second floor of a shop on the popular Danforth strip in Toronto.
Savvy owner Leeanne Colley, created Tips as a destination for the loyal clientele she had accumulated over the years, working at various salons and then eventually out of her home. A single mother of one, Leeanne is an award winning nail enhancement artist and international educator, who had a vision for “the cutest and coziest nail bar” she could imagine. In May 2006, Tips Nail Bar set up shop on the Danforth and she hasn’t looked back since.

In 2007 Leeanne launched Bod-tini skin quenchers, a line of delicious smelling body polishes and lotions made using organic and fair trade ingredients.

“I read till my eyes were tired about the benefits of different ingredients. I wanted something that we could use in our services that our clients would love using as well. Something that could be used as a full body regime as opposed to purchasing a foot cream or a hand cream. I worked extremely closely with a product savvy chemist to come up with the perfect formula and fragrances by testing and sampling.”

That effort certainly paid off. These decadent products feel amazing on the skin and smell even better.

Tips offers manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, makeup application and private parties. We tried their spa pedicure and manicure, which were both fantastic. Read the review!
