Will you be shopping for a gift for a special man this Valentine's Day? It's cool, you don't have to tell me. Just wink. I can keep your secret.

If you are going to be buying a man a Valentine's gift this year, you're probably going to need some ideas. Men are hard to shop for, it's a fact. If I brought home pink headphones to my senior husband, he'd probably admit me. These are not thing men want. These are things women think men should have.

Oh great ideas! I dropped by Indigo yesterday and saw the "Gordon Ramsay Great Escape 100 Favorite Indian Recipe" book: http://www.amazon.ca/Gordon-Ramsays-Great-Escape-Favourite/dp/0007267053

I had to get it for hubby. He loves to cook, he loves Indian cuisine and he loves watching Gordon Ramsay's cooking shows and is currently watching the Great Escape on YT. Basically it had his name written all over it :-)

I was going to wait to give it to him but he was having a sucky day yesterday so just gave it to him in advance.

I am not a cook by any stretch but I was flipping through that book yesterday and the recipes are totally doable! And they look delicious. I recommend if the guy you're buying for is into something, whether its cooking or some other hobby, get a gift along the lines of that hobby. Can't go wrong with that :-)

I am a big fan of all these tech goodies, I would totally pick up any of those for myself.

I'm loving the Come As You Are Massage Bar! I prefer to make presents or give experiential gifts rather than just buying an object, so I can certainly see a deluxe massage as a good gift for my beau.

I never expect anything for Valentine's Day, except for a nice dinner. It also happens to be my birthday, so I really like to separate the two of them. I'll get presents for my birthday, and romance for V Day!
