This is kind of a weird product because it's not a bad lipstick, I actually quite like it but it's not what is advertised. From the name 'suede' and from the ads, I expected it to be a nice matte lipstick with lots of pigmentation, but I would actually say it's a semi matte lipstick. It's a bit more sheer than I expected, but it still has good colour, though, test them first on your hand because the colour on the package isn't exactly what you'll get on your lips. I bought this in Backstage, a dark, purple berry colour but on my lips it is a lot more red/magenta than I expected. Still, it's nice.
It's a lot more hydrating than I expected. And it has really long lasting colour. I had swatched some on my hand and they were not coming off, even at the end of the day. I really like how these settle and dry on your lips though. I have issues with lipsticks that never really settle, that just feel glossy and feel like they get everywhere. This one stays put! The price isn't bad, but I am not sure that I like this product enough to pay more than $10 for it.

I wasn't too eager to try this mascara out at first, but then I started hearing amazing things about how it gave amazing volume and clump free lashes on par with expensive, high end brands at a fraction of the price, so obviously I got super curious.
I tried this out with another mascara, layered and on its own and I have to say, I am very impressed. It lengths, separates, thickens and gives volume without weighing down your lashes or giving that icky, plasticky feel to them. There weren't any real noticeable clumps for me either. It is fairly long lasting but I did notice that towards the end of the day there was a bit of flaking off.
It is similar to Lash Blast, the shape of the brush is the biggest difference. While it still has the plastic brush, this one has a curved shape and I think it is also a bit smaller than Lash Blast. I wasn't sure how I would like the curve but it actually helps because I can easily coat my top lashes then flip it underneath to do my bottom lashes. The best part of this mascara is that it is only about $10, a really great price. I received this for free to review but I think I will be repurchasing it.

I received a small trial pack of this to review and to be honest, at first I didn't quite get the whole idea behind it. I mean it's a powder, how am I supposed to wash my face with it? It sat around for a while and I was a bit nervous about trying it out but I finally did and I'm actually pleased with the results and I count myself as a fan of the whole powder exfoiliator thing now!
I found that it still did a good job while not being overly coarse or harsh. It was moisturizing but deep cleaning and my skin felt soft afterwards. It's a bit hard to rinse off the product, with water, it turns quite thick and creamy and difficult to actually get off. It dries to a powdery finish too so it kind of gets in your hair which is annoying.
I do not enjoy the price of this product though and to use the product properly you actually do need a good handful of it which makes it go pretty fast.

I received this lipstick in the colour Hot Plum to test out and I am in love with it currently. These are going to be big come spring. They are true to their name, the colours are very vivid and bright. They aren't quite matte which is nice because they aren't too drying either. I love the range in colours in this line. I am definitely going to be picking up more. -

After having a bad reaction to a body wash, I was left with patches of really dry and flaky skin on body. My everyday normal lotion wasn't doing anything so I decided to pick this up on a whim and I was surprised at how hydrating it was! It is a thicker cream, quite heavy but it really soaks into your skin and makes it so soft. The dry patches cleared up really quickly, I think they were gone within the first three times I used this. I don't use it everyday because I find it a bit too heavy for that and my chest and back tend to break out when I over moisturize but for the winter season and especially dry times, this is a must. -

I love Demeter for their huge selection of pretty much any fragrance you would or could ever want. Their scents are true to their name as well. If you buy Dirt, it actually smells like dirt. The scents are singular, and by that I mean that there aren't many different layers or notes, it's just that one smell which make them really interesting to layer on with each other or with another fragrance. They're not pricey either, which makes them fun items to pick up when you want to try something new. -

My one complaint is that is that it doesn't hold up throughout an entire day, if I am going to be out for a while, I need to spritz in a bit more after a few hours. It does absorb the oil and add volume and texture but not too much so you need to reapply. But I will take reapplying over white powder any day.

At around $20, this is a pricier drugstore product but I'm willing to shell out the cash for it because they're aren't a lot of drugstore peels on the market. Usually you need to head over to a sephora and pay a lot more for the same active ingredients, which are glycolic acid and vitamin c.
I use this at night, as a mask/treatment. I put it over my night cream and any other spot treatments I may have on and I've found that it really works, though maybe a bit slowly to fade dark spots. I've found that it's especially useful for acne scarring. You can't use it too often, because it is a peel and therefore, pretty potent but its fine every few days and the glycolic percentage isn't too high.

I needed a new blush brush and decided to try this one out after reading about it and hearing about it but for the price, I wasn't sure that it would actually do anything. I was very surprised! For cheap tools, I think I like this one better than ELF. The bristles are pretty soft and the brush is dense and tightly packed which makes for easy pick up of powder and I find that it delivers lots of colour without brushing my foundation or concealer off. Be sure to wash this one to keep it going! Definitely a buy again product. -

So, I'm not a Twihard but I am a blush addict and I decided to buy this on a whim one day at shoppers. It was only $2.99 I think so I thought, why not? It has a really unique colour to it, that's what drew me to it. It's a red but with a bit of coral and orange to it. It's surprisingly pigmented and goes on quite smoothly, with good coverage. There is little flake off and I found the tone pretty universally flattering. It's become my go to blush for the winter season. Very happy with this cheap thrills purchase! -
