This is one of the Drunk Elephant products that I absolutely love. Until this product, I never considered using oils on my face and I was quite freaked out about using this one since I was expecting to break out like crazy. However, living in dry and cold winter conditions was really taking its toll on my skin and I needed to do something about it.
Not only did this not cause me to break out, but it is so light in texture and it quickly absorbs into my skin, which makes it easy to use under my makeup. I sometimes even mix a few drops into my foundation and it really makes the foundation look beautiful on my skin because it isn't drying it out as much as it would without it.
I've also noticed that it's great for healing small cuts or scratches. I found that they healed more quickly and it also helped to reduce the scarring that I usually get.
This is definitely a multi-purpose product and I love everything it does but I do try to use as little as possible given the price. I've tried more affordable Marula Oil oils that I've heard others recommend in place of the Drunk Elephant one, but it just doesn't compare. They tend to be much thicker in consistency and they don't absorb into the skin as well.
I really wish I could hate this product because it would save me money, but it's a must have in my arsenal of skincare products.

I've tried quite a few products from Drunk Elephant and I've fallen in love with the majority of them, which is why I had high hopes for the Lippe. Unfortunately, it wasn't all the memorable and when you factor in the price, I won't be purchasing it again.
It has a very nice texture and is a very light formula, which is why I don't think it lasted that long on me. I definitely need something a little more heavy duty in my arsenal, however, if you're looking for something light with great ingredients, I would recommend this for you.

I've been trying to find a more affordable version of the ABH Brow Wiz in the colour Ebony, but no matter what I try, I keep coming back to this one. Others are either just too creamy or too waxy, or the colours just don't seem right on me.
The ABH Brow Wiz has a great precise tip so I can draw individual brow hairs so keep the more natural look that I like. While this is still the best formula I've tried so far, compared to both affordable and high end versions, it still isn't my fave since it does seem to sort of ball up when I use a little more and try to brush it out a little to soften the look. However, it's still the one I like the most so far. My only gripe with this product is that I've broken off the spooly on every single one I've owned. For the price, I would expect a better quality material that is more durable since I have never had this problem with other pencils, even the more affordable ones. It drives me crazy!
Regardless, this is still the best formula that I've found so far and I'll continue to use this beauty until i find the perfect brow pencil for me.

I received an eos Organic Smooth Spheres Lip Balm in Sweet Mint from ChickAdvisor to test out and I'm so glad that I did! I never saw the appeal for these sphere shaped balms but what I considered bulkiness, turned out to be quite useful when trying to find it in my bag while I'm on the go. The sturdy design is also great and unlike many other balms that come in tiny tubes, this one is easy to use without losing the lid.
Mint is also not my favourite and before trying it, I thought it was going to be too strong but it turned out to be my favourite "flavour". It was more natural and didn't have too much of an overwhelming scent that lingered.
The formula feels great on the lips and quickly helps to soothe them when they're dry. This is definitely a product that I see myself purchasing in the future.

I was so excited to get eos Organic Smooth Spheres Lip Balm in Strawberry Sorbet from ChickAdvisor to try out. I've never understood the reason for the sphere design and thought it would just be bulky, but I actually like it! It's comfortable to hold and when I throw it in my bag while I'm on the go, it's so much easier to find them my regular balms. The container itself is also great as it's sturdy, unlike many balms that come in tubes with tiny little caps that I always drop and sometimes lose.
The formula of the balm is very comfortable to wear and very smooth on the lips. I liked how the balm had a sweet taste because let's face it, we're all bound to ingest that stuff at some point. I initially enjoyed the smell of it too, but once I applied it on my lips and wore it for awhile, I found the scent a little too strong and overwhelming for my taste.
While I wouldn't purchase this product in strawberry sorbet, I will be purchasing this lip balm in a different "flavour". This is great product that I think everyone would enjoy and I'm certain that there's a "flavour" for everyone.

I'm not really a big bath person, but I received this product from ChickAdvisor as a premium member. What caught my eye about this product was the packaging. It's very classic looking with the soft baby pink and gold embellishments. It was also cute that it was made to look like a chocolate bar and you even break off cubes like a chocolate bar. I think those who like bath bombs or baths in general, would really like this.
The product did just as it promised. I used two bath cubes and it fizzed up quite nicely. It has a very nice fragrance, but it may be too strongly scented for those with sensitive noses. Even though I'm not really into soaking in the tub, this was a nice treat and I did enjoy it. I think I would buy this as a nice gift for friends or family who need to treat themselves to a little pampering.

I love all of the Real Techniques brushes I've used so far and the setting brush wasn't any different. Not only is Real Techniques an affordable brand and easily available, they are comfortable to hold/use and are so soft to the touch. The setting brush is amazing for setting powder, especially under the eyes and around the nose, but I've also been using it to apply highlighter.
This is definitely a brush that everyone should have in their collection!

I have mixed reviews about this product because it works for me to add volume, but it doesn't if I'm looking for something to keep any curls in my hair. However, I should note that I have yet to meet a hairspray that really worked in holding a curl for me as I have the most stubborn hair possible. It's naturally wavy, but when I use a curling iron to make cleaner curls, my curls drop within an hour or two.
When it comes to volume though, it did a pretty good job at giving my roots some lift, which I do by spraying some directly at my roots and running my hands through my hair to kind of puff it up. The hairspray helps to keep the lift in place and also adds texture to my hair, which makes for a great combination if you're looking for volume. If I'm light on the trigger finger, it doesn't leave my hair crunchy at all.

Since I haven't had much luck in the past with mousse, I was surprised at how well I liked this product. I only use this product when I'm going to blow dry my hair as it helps to add texture, which I think is what helps create the added volume. It also helps to keep my blowout in place throughout the day, which is always great. I do find that it does leave residue in my hair, which I'm not a huge fan of since I don't like using too much product in my hair, so I really don't like feeling like I have a lot of product in my hair. However, since it works so great, I do use it every time I'm drying my hair and want a well-kept look.

I really enjoyed this product as it was really lightweight while still delivering the results I look for in a hair oil. I have thin but coarse hair, which can get a little frizzy. Just with a couple of spritz, I can control the frizz while adding shine to my hair and it really helps to give me a polished look every day. Yes, I can use it every day between washes, and it doesn't add any weight or greasiness to my hair. It's great!
