I've been using this product once a week for the past three months, and every time I've had a pretty bad reaction. This is a natural product with a small amount of glycolic acid, but this stuff burns! I don't have sensitive skin, and this stuff turned by face bright red within ten minutes of putting the product on my face and dissipated after about a day and a half. This mask made my face much more sensitive to the point where I was unable to put makeup on to cover the redness the next day because everything burned. Not only that, this causes massive breakouts after each use. I consulted the person who recommended this product to me to see if this was typical, and was told that your skin would purge for the first month. I'm currently on month three and every time I use this product, I will wake up the next day with my chin covered in whiteheads, and multiple cystic pimples/acne on the sides of my face that last weeks. Unfortunately for me, this product has made my skin much worse than it was before. Other than that, the consistency of the mask is quite nice -- a little bit chunky, but soaks into the skin. It smells kind of like when you mix together pumpkin pie filling, but before you bake it. My version came in a tub, which is not hygienic and it does not come with a little spatula or anything to take it out of the tub. A little goes a long way, so it's definitely worth the price for someone this is useful for. -

I typically use this product only in the winter time. I deal with eczema on one hand, and this hand protector really does its job. It soothes the redness, reduces itchiness, and protects my hands from getting worse due to cold weather. It is a very smelly product -- the scent lingers for a bit, but it's worth it for the effectiveness of the product. This is way too heavy for me as a summertime hand lotion, but whenever I need a heavy duty deep hand lotion this is the only one I'll grab. It is on the pricier side, but a little goes a long way so it'll last ages! -

This is my favourite body lotion, and one that I always return to. This product is meant for people with normal to dry skin, so it isn't incredibly heavy, but it works for my oily skin type. It absorbs quickly into the skin, and doesn't leave a film. Some lotions I've tried in the past don't soak in as well, and you can feel the lotion -- but not with this product. It absorbs quickly and has a wonderful scent! It doesn't state on the bottle, but it's a beautiful, light floral/musky scent. I don't know what it is about the pump, but it doesn't get messy or clogged. You get a giant bottle for the price and you don't need to use too much. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone with normal skin. -

I received a sample of this product from Sephora and instantly fell in love. I have very oily, acne prone, sensitive skin, and this is the best primer I've ever used. I find that this product has an almost whipped consistency, and it blends easily into the skin. It makes my skin very smooth, and my foundation goes on easier than my other primers (elf and rimmel). What I love most is that it makes my foundation look super natural, and just like skin. I find that with my other primers, you can tell that I'm wearing foundation, but this product doesn't do that. It keeps my foundation intact throughout the day, and my foundation doesn't seem to break down as fast. The only critique I have, is that with oily skin it's necessary to powder your whole face. If you don't set your foundation, it will transfer. Overall, love this product! -

I used to religiously use Benefit Gimme Brow to naturally fill in my brows until I discovered Essence brow products. This gel is freakishly, ridiculously cheap, and the quality is definitely there. This product subtly adds colour and thickness to your brows without them looking drawn on. The formula is very smooth, unlike the Benefit brow which has a tendency to become clumpy. This product doesn't budge in any condition -- rain, sweaty/humid weather, and even showering (I didn't intentionally try it this way, but was interesting to see that it didn't come off even then). Overall, I would definitely recommend this items to newbies and people obsessed with makeup. It's easy to use, takes no time at all, lasts all day, and is insanely cheap. -

I purchased this product in the light to medium shade. I'm very fair, and always the lightest colour in all foundations. This product is much too dark for fair/light skin. What I do is mix this in with my foundation, which creates a better skin match. I did wear this one day on its own and I didn't find that it was an effective moisturizer. I do have to apply my own moisturizer (lightly) before priming and putting this one on top. The overall reason why I purchased this product is because all foundation/concealers clog my pores by the end of the day, and I wanted to find something to put under my makeup to prevent that. I did notice with repeated use that less and less clogged pores showed up. Overall, I think this is an average product. It is about 70% effective, is really sheer coverage, and way too dark for me. Unfortunately I won't purchase again unless they come out with a lighter shade. -

I received a sample of this product to test out. I find Vichy to be quite expensive, so I'm glad I got to try this out before purchasing. I used to have rough skin before I discovered overnight peels, and I think this Vichy product is my favourite. It doesn't do anything spectacular to my skin -- my redness and post-acne marks still exist. But, the way my skin feels after one use of this product tells me that it is super effective. I use this two to three times a week, and this helps my skin stay balanced and has definitely improved the texture of my skin. A little of this goes a long way, so this product will likely last a long time if you use it only so often, as I do. Overall, I really do enjoy this product, and I wish it were more in my price range because I would purchase this again if I could. Unfortunately, I don't find it spectacular enough to warrant the price. -

I purchased this product when it was on clearance at my local Winners, so I'm unsure of how the quality matches the true cost of this product. But for me, it was a steal! I use this product once a day in the morning, and like others have remarked, this does have a sticky consistency to it. I don't think it would be possible to use makeup over top of this product, though I have never actually tried. I do not notice it balling/pilling like others have stated. It is a more lotion type product (not a serum), but I massage a little in my problem areas (a little goes a long way) and leave it for the day. This product does look shiny on the skin over time, but you can just blot with blotting sheets/napkins and it will go away. I have been using this product for two months and have noticed a difference in my skin. This product has evened out my skin by brightening my post-acne red marks. It has also improved the texture of my skin -- my skin used to be very rough, but is now incredibly smooth. I can tell this difference because I only use this product in specific areas of my face, and those areas are particularly smooth. When it comes to non-prescription products like these, I think many consumers think that it will work on very deep scars. Unfortunately, this is not the product for them. If you have superficial scarring, which will eventually go away over time, this product will help speed up the process due to Vitamin C and exfoliants. I have scars left from deep cystic acne, and this product does not work on them. But, I have scars from small pustules, and this product helps heal these marks and disappear within a week. Overall, I would recommend this product to people who deal with superficial scarring. -

I was very fortunate to find this product on clearance at my local Winners. First off, I want to say that it was affordable for me at this price, but the regular price at the drug store/Walmart I find to be very high for the amount of product you receive. That being said, I found this product to be effective on my post-acne scarring. I have blemish prone skin that leaves red marks (whether I leave them alone or not), and have very fair skin. I use this product three times a week and notice a difference. When I wake up the next day, the redness has been reduced and stays that way. I don't find that this product works for very deep scarring, as it hasn't made any impact on the appearance of those. But, I'm okay with it working on my superficial marks. The product is a thick serum, where a little goes a long way. I've only been using this product for a month, but it seems like this product will last me a year or longer (so maybe the regular price isn't so bad). It sits nicely on the skin, does not feel like you're wearing something heavy, and does not break me out. Overall, I would recommend this product if you have superficial scarring/marks, and want to speed up the healing process. I don't find that this works with deeper scars, but for the price point and convenience, I don't mind. -

This satin coral blush was made for every skin type. It's a beautiful, warm coral, that blends easily and has great colour pay off. In comparison to other drug store blushes, this product is much cheaper, with more product. This blush is buildable, has great pigment, and lasts on my skin all day. I've never had much luck with other blushes, and this is the only one that I come back to and legitimately love (it's my holy grail product!). Overall, I think this is a perfect coral for all skin tones. It's delicate, yet warm, with a nice orange undertone. It blends well, never becomes patchy, and does not wear off throughout the day. For the amazing price point, I would recommend this product! -
