With school back in session, I am guessing that there will be more than a few students penny saving this fall. However, cutting back doesn't have to mean sacrificing on style. If you really want something and just don't have the money at the time see if you can use lay away and most definitely watch for sales. The best time I found to buy is when a store's are about to change over to the next season. Don't buy that fall outfit right now when they're all priced high. Try and wait until the store's are wanting to move the fall stuff out to bring the winter stuff in. I do that for all four seasons and get some pretty good deals this way.
