Merry Christmas, Everyone! I hope you are having a wonderful holiday with your families and friends. We are celebrating Christmas in Argentina with Alex's family and their tradition is to eat dinner late at night and then at midnight pop the champagne and open a gift to celebrate the moment Jesus was born (Argentina is about 80% Roman Catholic). Private fireworks go off in neighborhoods all over the country and everyone wishes each other a Merry Christmas with a kiss on the cheek. I really like this tradition of everyone celebrating together at the exact same moment. It's fun to be part of it. These pictures show some of the decorations we spotted in Cordoba. I especially love the Santa climbing onto the balcony.
