Posing Wall: Cheap Tops
Would you believe me if I told you the top Mandy is wearing was only $5? Oh, and it's Pink Tartan. That's right. Mandy got it at a recent sample sale for $5 and we all hate her for it. Agreed?
She paired it with this lovely $15ish necklace from Forever 21 and a cute pair of shorts. It's hard to believe that from the waist up only cost about $20. Let's look at the rest of it, shall we?
Fresh from a trip to Europe, Mandy is more stylish than ever. Let's take a closer peek at those shoes.
These are Michael Kors (last summer). I tried these on in an 8, but they look much better on Mandy's small feet.
I am also wearing a cheap top. $15 from H+M!
I rode my bike to work today so pants and flats were a must.
The bag is Roots and it's one of my favourites. I'm also sporting a new pair of Flats from Nine West's Fall 2010 collection.
Oh, and do you like my earrings? I got these for $10 from Tonic Spa & Hair in Winnipeg (where I also got really beautiful highlights).

 | Lord, I have SO MANY cheap tops I got last year and this. None cost more than $5. I bought most of them during end of summer sales right before I went back to Indonesia. I figured it's ALWAYS hot there and I can't find squat that looks good on me in that country, so stock up here. I seriously have about 35 now! Enough for several years. But when I bought them, I thought I wouldn't be coming back to Canada for quite a few years again. The last time I had been back before that was in 2001! So that's 8 years of no Canadian shopping. But the tops I got are super cute! Can also be worn under jackets, etc. |
