An unusual mix of models walked Balenciaga's Spring 2011 runway on Thursday in Paris.  There were random cool-looking people that Creative Director Nicolas Ghesquière found off the streets, the stunning Gisele Bundchen and a very pregnant Miranda Kerr.

Hold the phone - a pregnant model on the runway!?  What's even more unusual is that Kerr is the second pregnant model to appear on a runway this season after Abby Clancy and her baby bump walked Giles Deacon in London earlier this week.

Could this mean designers are embracing models with different shapes or were these publicity stunts?
