A fascinator is exactly what it's name suggests, it's an accessory meant to attract attention and make a statement. So, why not incorporate one into your prom style?

The high-impact hairpiece began its comeback when Queen Elizabeth declared new dress standards in the Royal Ascot and then entered mainstream style with Blair Waldorf's much-copied bow headbands. Now, the fascinator is very popular at weddings and high-class parties—la-dee-dah!
