According to People Magazine, 2011's 'Sexiest Man Alive' is none other than Bradley Cooper! We've debated the hotness factor of Cooper before and we can agree that the man is pretty smouldering.

That being said, it seems to many of us ChickAdvisor staff as well as the general public that there was a major oversight in the making of this decision.

Where is our drool worthy Canadian hottie Ryan Gosling? He's number 10! 10, I ask you?! 10?! After Tim McGraw- really? Well, I for one am outraged. It seems I'm not alone either. Buzzfeed created a Facebook group to protest People Magazine as well as a petition. Even Gosling's man-pal George Clooney believes it should have been him! An endorsement from Sexiest Man Alive 2006 Clooney- can you get a better compliment?

While each one has their own merits- Cooper is a fine actor with great comedic timing and Gosling has abs that would make The Situation cry- when it comes down to it, you've got to get off that fence and pick a side.

Naturally, the ChickStaff had to hash it out thoroughly first:

Claire: I vote for Bradley, partly because I fully expected it to be Ryan Gosling and I love it when they surprise us (especially in such a gorgeous way).

Shiori: Sexiest, I prefer Bradley. Adorableness - Ryan and here's why.

Ali: I think the title itself is silly and clearly they haven't met my husband. But if it's Bradley vs. Ryan, I vote Ryan all the way.

Michelle: Ryan Gosling. Bradley is cute but Ryan has more za-za-zoo!

Mandy: I like Ryan Gosling better. A lot better.

Alexandra: To put Ryan at number 10 of all places really just gets my goat. Ryan is crazy hot and he has that sumthin' sumthin' that makes him irresistible.

So- are you Team Gosling or Team Cooper?
