5 Embarrassing Workouts

If you've been following our fitness series, or my tweets you are already familiar with Trainer George.  If not, think of him like a portable personal trainer.  If you live in the GTA area he will come and train you at your home or gym.  Despite his friendly demeanor, his workouts are tough and will whip you into shape in no time. 

George has a knack for finding new, wacky exercises designed to work your entire body at once.  He likes to suggest these to his clients, but as you are about to see they may not be ones you'd feel comfortable doing in public alone.  Would you try any of these?

The Stork is a killer! I also tried most of these and they will work you until you cry. I might feel silly doing them, but that wouldn't stop me! I think there are plenty of other ungainly things happening at the gym, like people rolling off a stability ball and falling on their faces (been there) or groaning loudly while working the weight machines (done that).

Perhaps I am just not that easily embarrassed :) Maybe I should rethink that, hmm?

Also, did you know? A 'George' minute is NOT equivalent to 60 seconds!
