Check out these concept beauties for Spring 2011. The skeptics worry that Payless will tone them down so far they'll hardly be recognizable. At a price point probably in the $50ish range, we're hoping they keep their moxy.

 | Ooh, these are very pretty; I love shoe designs that play on the heel. Definitely tall, which could be bad news, and very high arching - which sucks for long-wear. I hope that what they tone down is the height element rather than the beautiful design elements. |
