When my boy’s were little they always had a hard time using regular dental floss so I gave these G.U.M. Eez-Thru Flossers a try and it helped them out tremendously. They’re both in their late teens now and they still would rather use them then regular dental floss. I use them myself because I also find them to be easier to use and because they have floss right on them and your not wasting any like you might be with other sting floss. They have a durable comfortable easy grip handle that has a thumb pad and a non-slip surface for better control. The floss is shred-resistant and the opposite end acts as a tooth pick help you to dislodge food stuck in those hard to reach places, or if you have very limited space in-between your teeth. They also have a nice mild mint taste to them witch helps to freshen your mouth up while you floss. They’re available in 40, 90 and 150 count packages. A 150 count package sells for about $4.99 and they’re also recommended by Dental professionals. I know they helped my boy’s learn how to floss and really care for their teeth and they even had fun doing so. Although my boy’s are grown into young men now and we normally use regular dental floss at this time, they still ask me to pick some up every once in awhile and I’m always happy to do so. -

When I was younger and on the go I always carried a G.U.M. travel toothbrush along with me in my purse. It was nice to have when I never knew if I’d be making it home at night and if I didn’t happen to have any gum with me for after a meal. One package comes with two toothbrushes witch I feel is a pretty good deal for only $3.27. They have antibacterial bristles to help keep them clean in between uses and they offer you protection for up to 30 days. The ergonomic cap acts as the handle when put together. I always found them to be comfortable in my hand even though they are a bit shorter then a regular toothbrush is. They’re even recommended by dental professionals. When my son had his brasses on I had him keep one in his locker at school so he could make sure he brushed after every meal. It even caught on and other kids started bring their own G.U.M. travel toothbrushes to school. So whether you do a lot of traveling for work have braces and want to keep your teeth clean while you’re at school, or work, or just would like a smaller convenient toothbrush to keep in your purse for those unexpected nights out. The G.U.M. Travel toothbrush is a great way to keep your teeth clean and your breath fresh when your on the go. I highly recommend it to everyone. -

CoverGirl’s Exact Eyelights Brightening Eye Shadow collection is color coordinated to bring out the color of your eye’s and defines them. There’s one for blue, green, hazel and brown eye’s witch is the one that I bought for myself. You get four different shades of shadow and a double tipped sponge applicator along with a soft bristle brush for easy application. On the back of the packaging they shows you where you should places each shade of shadow for best results. This is also on the shadow container, but it’s printed pretty small. This was the first time I’ve tried Exact Eyelights Brightening Eye Shadow and I wasn’t to sure if I’d care for the colors. How ever I was and still am very happy with the ease of application and the way the colors bought out all the different shades in my brown eyes. I also liked the fact that they included a nice brush along with the shadow. You can’t beat it for the price and the look if gives your eye’s. -

I pick myself up some CoverGirl Line Exact eye liner the other day because my CoverGirl lineblast 24hour liner was getting a bit old and I thought this one would work just as well. Although it looks pretty much the same and is just as easy to hold on to as the lineblast 24 hour line is, it was awful. I don’t know if I happened to pick one up that was too old, or this is just how this liner is because I hadn’t tried it before now. When I took the applicator out of the tube it looked as if there was enough liner on the tip to apply it, but when I tried to hardly anything would come off the tip. I tried putting in back into the tube a few times, but I kept getting the same results. When I tried wiping the tip onto a tissue lots seemed to come off, so I really couldn’t under stand why it wouldn’t go onto my eye lids. I’ve used CoverGirl products for years and have never had something like this happen to me before. I’ve always been happy with their products. How ever I wasn’t about to buy another Line Exact to find out if it was just a problem with the one I happened to pick up. For those reasons I can’t recommend CoverGirl Line Exact. -

I was sent some coupons worth $3 off of Chloraseptic Sore Throat Lozenges and as soon as my throat started to hurt I picked up the cherry flavour. Since I had such a good coupon I only ended up paying 37 cents for a box of 18 lozenges. I hadn’t tried this brand before and wasn’t sure what to expect. They’re available in Cherry, Honey Lemon with real honey, citrus and green tea with honey. The web says they are #1 Pharmacist recommended for temporarily relieve occasional minor irritation, pain sore mouth and sore throats. They have benzocaine which temporarily relieves these symptoms. The liquid centers also sooths the pain and cools nasal passages. I was very imprested with how well Chloraseptic Sore Throat Lozenges work. By the time half of the lozenge had melted away my sore throat was feeling better and by the time it was all gone I had no pain left at all. This also lasted for a few hours witch really surprised me. Chloraseptic Sore Throat Lozenges are the best lozenges I have ever tried for a sore throat and will definitely be buying more the next time my throat begins to act up. -

Drixoral Nasal Congestion is the line’s classic decongestant spray with a metered pump to ensure a controlled dose every time. It provides up to 12 hours of relief of nasal congestion due to colds, hay fever, or other upper respiratory allergies. Drixoral Nasal Congestion is safe for adults to children over 12 years of age. It’s also available in no drip original, no drip cooling menthol, no drip extra moisturizing and cold and sinus. Although a lot of nasal sprays will tell you they will last for a long time, I’ve found that most don’t live up to their calms. How ever I’m very impressed with this Drixoral Nasal spray. It really does stay where it’s sprayed and doesn’t run out your nose, or down your throat like others can, but best of all it really does last for the 12 hours it calms it can! I did experience a bit of burning as if I had gotten water up my nose, but this went away quickly enough that I could stand it, unlike the HydraSense I tried before this one. It also works very quickly, I went from being completely unable to breath to breathing freely in less then two minutes. If you suffer from allergies, hay fever, or just have a cold and can’t breath out of your nose then give Drixoral Nasal Congestion a try. Also if you go to their web site they have a $2 coupon available so you can give any Drixoral Nasal Congestion type a try and save a few dollars. -

I was talking to my brother in-law about how stuffy my nose has been lately. He goes through the same thing I do and told me how much he liked HydraSense Eucalyptus and said I should give it a try. I just happened to have a coupon for $8 off so I picked some up a few weeks ago. HydraSense Eucalyptus cleanses the nasal cavities, helping to eliminate mucus-trapped infectious agents helping to protect against upper respiratory infections such as sinusitis. It’s been clinically proven for congestion relief and is a non-medicated formula witch will causes no rebound effect. It contains 100% natural source seawater, eucalyptus and wild mint extracts and its long lasting and its non-habit forming unlike some other nasal decongestives. One nice thing that I liked about this product compared to other nasal spray’s is that the tip can be removed and cleaned after each use, so everyone in the family can use it with out the worry of spreading a cold. When my brother in-law told me about HydraSense Eucalyptus, I thought it was a nasal spray, not a nasal cleanser. Like a fool never read all of the directions before I sprayed it up my nose and wasn’t expecting it to come out the other side. I felt like I had just gotten water up my nose while swimming. It was awful and I hated it!! It did how ever clear my nasal passages completely and this lasted for a few hours. The next time I went to used it a read everything before trying it. I thought that awful feeling was do to my own stupidity, but unfortunately I still got that water up the nose feeling and I just can’t stand that feeling, no matter how well the product might work. If you don’t mind the feeling of having water go up your nose then I’d tell you to pick some up. How ever if your like me and can’t stand that feeling no matter what the good effects are, then I’d tell you to try something else. It wouldn’t be worth the high price HydraSense Eucalyptus sells for if you only use it once. -

I saw the new CoverGirl OutLast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss on sale for half price in the Supper Store advertisement this week and when I was shopping at Walmart I happened to see it there and I just I had to give it a try. It usually sells for about $8.49, but I had the Supper Stores advertisement with me, so I just price match it and only paid $4.97. As you can see in the picture the bottle and the top are square. It took me a bit to get use to it in my hand when I was applying the polish, but it didn’t take to long to get the hang of it. This polish is a base coat, a high gloss finish and a chip resistant top coat all in one and it’s available in 27 shades. I admit although I was excited to try it, I was also a bit sceptical. That all changed after only polishing one nail. The new CoverGirl OutLast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss is the best polish I have ever used and I’ve tried a lot! It goes on so nicely that one coat looks as if you have done two or even three coats. The high gloss finish gives your nails a finished look right away. Although they say it has a top coat built right in it, I still added a fast drying top coat. But not because I had too! I only did because I have a bad habit of messing up my nails before they’re dry, so if I don’t use a fast drying top coat I'd just make a big mess. I chose their Wine To Five color and I love it! It looks just like a red wine with a beautiful shine. I do a lot of typing and with some polishes I’ll have chipped nails by noon. If I’m really lucky with a polish they might last four maybe five days before the polish chips, or it starts to ware away on the tips. I haven’t had one chip since I did my nails with the CoverGirl OutLast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss and not one bit has worn away from my tips. My nails look as if they were just done this morning! I even had a woman ask today where I had my nail done because she thought they looked so good that I had to have had them done at a salon. I can see CoverGirl’s new Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss being one of the best products of 2013 when voting time comes around! Give it a try, I bet you’ll love it as much as I do!! -

I discovered Farmington Herbals home made soap in one of the Sweet Delight boxes that I ordered. They are located in the U.S. and they focus on providing high quality handcrafted natural soaps and skin care products that have been inspired by their own herbal garden. They’ve been making handcrafted soaps for over 15 years so they are very well established. Their products are all hand made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness and their products contain organic, food grade, plant sourced ingredients when ever possible. They grow many of the herbs and botanicals that they use on their own property with out the use of pesticides or herbicides. I recently ordered a few different soaps from them and the Lavender Oatmeal soap is the one that I’m using now. The soap is a bit bigger then an average size bar you would buy such as Dove only they are square in shape. Each bar sells for $4.50 U.S plus shipping witch was $9, how ever I bought two different bars at the time and this may be different depending on how much you order at one time. My order came to me with in a week and she also sent me two smaller sample bars for me try along with my order. The lavender oatmeal soap is filled with skin soothing ingredients like oatmeal, calendula infused olive oil, lavender and calendula flowers right from their garden and lavender essential oils. These are all great ingredients to comfort and gently clean sensitive dry winter skin. My skin feels so much better then I ever imagined it could after using this soap. The bar its self is a bit hard to get use to at first because it’s a hard square bar, but after some use the ends round off and it feels more comfortable in your hand and while you wash with it. Before you even get it wet you can smell the fresh lavender scent coming off of it, but I don’t find it over powering like some soap can be. You can see the bits of oatmeal all through out this soap and you can really feel it gently cleansing away your dry skin. At first I didn’t think it was going to bubble up much, but after rolling it around in my hands a little more it formed nice bubbles and filled my shower with that lovely relaxing lavender scent. It rinses off very easily and doesn’t leave behind and film on my skin. I’m very pleased with how well it has soothed my dried out winter skin and how long this feeling lasts. I haven’t even had to add lotion to my skin after showering like I normally do. I feel the Farmington Herbals Lavender Oatmeal Soap has done wonders for my dry winter skin and once its done will be ordering more of it! -

I received a good size sample of L’Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur from the L’Oreal face book page. It is supposed to blur the look of lines, pores and age. After I cleansed my face and did my normal before makeup routine I then applied the Miracle Blur to one side of my face and left the other side alone to compare the two. I was really expecting it to be more like a BB Cream, but it’s not at all the same. It comes out looking more like a thick off white color cream. It spreads nicely and it absorbed and disappeared into your skin very fast. I looked at myself in the mirror with and with out my glasses on, that by the way I only use for reading. How ever I couldn’t see that big of a difference between the two sides at all! So I applied more to the side that had none on it and then applied my makeup to see how this would work out. After doing this I could see a difference and it wasn’t something I liked. I have combo skin and the Miracle Blur seemed to make the oils in my skin come out even faster then it normally does giving my makeup job a very greasy appearance. I also ended up having some brake outs the next day that I haven’t had a problem with in months. Now I can say for sure it was caused by the Miracle Blur or not, but it sure seemed that way to me. After all was said and done I wouldn’t recommend spending your money on the new L’Oreal Revitalift Miracle Blur, especially if you have oily skin that tends to brake out. -
