I received my Clarisonic Mia 2 for free from the ladies here at ChickAdvisor, thanks ladies!!
I’ve been using the Pro-X Advanced Cleansing System for a few years now, so I was thrilled to be chosen to try the Clarisonic Mia 2 so I could compare the two products. The Olay cleansing brush sells for around $32.99 Canadian compared to the $180 that the Clarisonic Mia 2 sells for; witch is a big difference for the everyday Joe like me. The Clarisonic Mia 2 is available in several colors, comes with a travel case and a re-charger that’s universal so it can be plugged in and re-charged no matter what country you may live in, or have traveled to. Before you use your cleansing brush for the first time you should allow it to charge for 24 hours, this charge should give you twenty to forty hours of use time. It has two speeds and a one minute pulsing timer so you know when to move to the next section of your face. The cleansing brush head doesn’t vibrate or spin like other face cleansing brushes do. This system uses sonic frequency witch oscillates back and forth at more than 300 movements per second working with your own skins elasticity as it gently cleanses and removes dirt and impurities from your face. It can also be used in the shower because its water proof and its suitable for all skin types. I think if you have oily to combination skin like I have, you would truly love this cleansing brush. As I’ve gotten older my oily skin feels dry, tight and I have flaky skin after I’ve washed and I can still see and feel this even after I’ve applied moisturize. That is until my oil glands kick back it and my face becomes and oily mess once again. After the first time I tried the Clarisonic Mia 2 I could not only feel a huge difference in my skin, I could see a big difference! I was so impressed with the way my face looked and felt after I first used it that I couldn’t stop touching my face. This cleansing system really gets down deep into your pores removing all of the dirt and oily, but it also leaves your face feeling so soft, smooth, and fully cleansed. The dry tight flaking skin I use to see and feel after washing is now just a bad memory and I couldn’t be happier about that! There was only one thing that I didn’t like when I tried the Clarisonic Mia 2 for the first time and that was the way it made the inside of my nose feel while it vibrated. How ever the more that I’ve used it the more I have gotten use to it. I discovered that if I move the brush around more than just leaving it sit on your nose that vibration isn’t as bother some. When I try to compare the results I’ve gotten between the Olay brush and the Clarisonic Mia 2 cleansing system, they’re miles apart, there’s just comparing the two no matter witch cleanser I’ve tried with either cleansing brush. In the past few years that I have used the Olay brush I’ve never received the great results that I have gotten using Clarisonic Mia 2 and definitely not this fast! I highly recommend that you pick one up and if you don’t have the money right now, take some time and save for one. I just know you’ll love the Clarisonic Mia 2 as much as I do! Thanks again for choosing me to test out the Clarisonic Mia 2 ladies; you have completely changed the health, the look, and the feel of my face and all for the better!!!

City Creek wax melts are made by the City Creek Candles Company. They make scented candles, wax melts, and they sell different types of warmers and candle holders. I've been trying to find lemon scents wax melts for awhile now and the closest I have come to finding them was on the City Creek Candles web site in their Sugared Citrus wax melt scent. How ever they wanted too much money to order some on line and have them delivered to me, so I didn't buy any from the site. Than I was looking around in one of the many Shoppers Drug Marts in my area one day and I came across them being sold at this store. Shoppers are selling a six pack, or 2 oz 7 g pack for $4.99, the City Creek web site is sells a 4 oz package and a 2 oz package. Their 4 oz package sells for $5.49 and their 2 oz package sells for $3.49, but the web site also wanted $8.99 to ship it to me and that was before tax! So when I found their Sugared Citrus wax melts at Shopper’s I had to give them a try. I could smell the fresh citrus scent coming from the melts even before I opened the package and was so hopeful that I had finally found what I was looking for. Unfortunately they ended up being a big disappointment! Once they melted they’re scent just seemed to drift away, I could be sitting right next to it and still couldn't smell the citrus scent. I even tried adding two into my warmer and I still couldn't smell it unless I put my face right over it. Just one of the Glades wax melts will fill my whole house with a fresh scent and they also give you more in a package, and the melts are all the same size. These City Creek wax melt come in an oval shaped package, so you really only get two melts that are the same size as the Glade melts. I wouldn't recommend you waste your money on any of the City Creek wax melts scent, no matter where you might buy them from! -

First off I must say that I’m in love with the unique cooling metal tip applicator on the new CoverGirl & Olay De-Puffer Concealer. I’ve never seen or used a concealer that has this added little tip before. It feels absolutely wonderful when I apply it under my sore puffy eyes first thing in the morning. When I first went to use the De-Puffer concealer I squeezed it a bit too hard and way to much came out. Live and learn I always say. I quickly found out that you have to be gentle with it, just a few dabs under your eyes is all that’s needed. Once I had the hang of it, I began to glide the de-puffer concealer’s cooling metal tip along my under eye. It felt so soothing and it smoothed out the concealer perfectly. I could not only feel the cooling effect that the metal tip and the Olay’s rejuvenating serum and cucumber extract gives off, I could also see the puffiness under my eyes slowly fade away and my eyes brighten up. The CoverGirl concealer and the rejuvenating serum and cucumber extract combined with the metal tip applicator are a match made in heaven. This new concealer not only took the puffiness away from under my eyes, it also covered up the black circles under my eyes better than any other concealer I’ve ever tried. The combination of the three working together in prefect harmony brought the old me back into view. Now that I’ve found magic in a bottle I’ll never go back to my old concealer! The new CoverGirl & Olay De-Puffer Concealer is just what ever woman of my age has been looking for! I can definitely see the new CoverGirl & Olay De-Puffer Concealer showing up on the best new products list for 2014. -

First off I have to say that I didn't care for this foundations packaging. I truly believe they could have come up with a better solution than to use the white lid that’s under the cap of the bottle. It can make a bit of a mess and this package design really won’t work for those that travel and take their makeup along with them. How ever I was able to use the foundation that had gotten onto the white lid just by using my finger tip and once I had it all removed from it, I just tossed that part of the packaging out. I found this foundation to be creamy, spread very nicely and it gave me a nice smooth even look, with out having to use a whole lot of it. I didn’t feel like I was wearing a mask like a lot of other foundations I have tried make me feel and it didn’t sink down into my fine lines like the others tend to do. It stayed right wear I wanted it to stay and was very easily removed at the end of the day. In fact I didn’t feel like I was even wearing makeup, that’s how light it felt on my skin. The shade I picked worked out fine for me, but I really haven’t felt or seen any of the lifting and firming effects that it’s supposed to give you. All though I have only used the CoverGirl FaceLift Effect Firming Makeup twice so far, so I’m hoping after using it daily for a few weeks this may change. Another thing that may not be very appealing to some is their shade choice, they don’t have very many to pick from so you just might find it hard to get the right shade for yourself. Its also a bit pricy for a drug store foundation, I suggest you try and find a good coupon for it before you run out to buy it. The P&G;Brand saver web site usually has some for CoverGirl products. Over all I was pleasantly surprised at just how much I truly do like this foundation and would recommend you give it a try. -

I've been using the Garnier blackhead scrub for a few months now and like how well it seems to work for me. It's meant to be used on oily skin types witch I have. So I wouldn't recommended you use it if you have normal, or dry skin because it could dry you out way to much. As for me, it makes my skin feel clean and a lot smoother than it use to feel. I've also notice less blackhead, how ever it hasn't completely removed all of them and I really don't believe that it will. If you're having trouble with blackhead and have oily skin I'd tell you give it a try, just don't use it everyday. -

I gave this a try when I also received a sample last summer. I was very surprised at how well it worked for me. How ever the effects will not last forever. The Garnier Ultra Lift Transformer needs to be used everyday and isn't meant to preform miracles and give you permanent results, just temporary results. So if you're looking for a cream that will give you a face lift and keep your skin lifted, this isn't it. This is meant to be applied everyday before you apply your makeup or BB Cream. I definitely notice the lifting action in this cream and felt I like it lasted for sometime, but not forever. I feel the Garnier Ultra Lift Transformer cream is a great addition to your daily routine and I will continue to use it and I would recommend it to others that are looking for a product like this. -

I bought a set of these dishes for myself late last year when they were on sale for $19.97. I noticed when I bought mine that different patterns and the different shapes have different prices. Some cost more depending on witch type you buy. The main reason I went with the Corelle dinner ware set was the weight of the dishes. I have limited use of one of my arms and my old dishes where getting to heavy for me to take in and out of my cupboards. The Corelle dishes are much lighter and easier for me to lift. I only wish I would have bought a set a lot sooner. They clean up very well in my dishwasher and when I wash them by hand. They also say they are chip resistant, but I have read on here and in other places that they can still break and chip. I haven't had any issues with my set, but I thought it was something you may want to be aware of if you're considering buying a set. They can go into your microwave, but I can't recall if the box said you can place them in your oven on a low setting. If you plan on placing your plates in your oven, make sure you read the box before hand to see if they can be used in this manor. The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the smaller plates. They're a lot smaller then my old set were, but they still do the job. If you're looking for a new dinner wear set, I'd recommend you give the Cornelle dinner sets a lot of consideration before you buy your new dishes. I'm pleased with the set I have. -

I received my OxiClean 4X Concentrated Extreme Power Crystals Single-dose packs for free from the ladies here at ChickAdvisor, thanks ladies. I’ve been using Finish Quantum since I bought my dishwasher in the fall of 2011. Although I have given other dishwasher detergents a try here and there, I found that Finish Quantum was the only detergent that cleaned my dishes in my new washer to my satisfaction. That was until I gave this new OxiClean dishwasher detergent a try. I normally only run my washer when I have a full load and this normally takes me a few days when my husband is out of town witch is a lot. I also usually give every thing a good rinse before I load my washer. I wanted to give this new detergent a good first time work out, so I made sure that I had the dirtiest dishes in my washer before I gave it a try. I never rinsed them off and I left most of my dishes in my washer for a few days until I had a full load. Other detergents that I’ve tried that are made in a similar way always seemed to be too big for my dispenser and I’d have to force the dispenser shout, where these packs fit into my dispenser very well. Once my washer was done and I took a look in side I was amazed at how well this new OxiClean dishwasher detergent actually worked!! I looked over every dish and every peace of silverware that went through this test wash and not one peace of dried on food was left behind. My dishes were not only clean they were sparkling! I was very imprested with how well the OxiClean 4X Concentrated Extreme Power Crystals Single-dose packs worked and they also coast less than the Finish Quantum dishwasher detergent does. Not only have I been convinced to change to the new OxiClean 4X Concentrated Extreme Power Crystals Single-dose packs, I will also be recommending it to everyone! I believe this is one of the best new products of the year!! -

I received my OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent for free from the ladies here at ChickAdvisor, thanks ladies. Although I have seen other Oxi cleaning products advertised I hadn’t try any of them before this and I must say I was more than a little sceptical. According to the instructions on the bottle when you first use OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent you should squirt two squirts into the bottom of you dishwasher and then fill your rinse agent dispenser. The rinse agent dispenser on my dishwasher was almost full so all I could do was top it up with a small amount of the OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent. So I wasn’t to sure how well this would work on my dishes because of this. To my great surprise everyone one of my dishes from my glasses to my silverware were not only clean, they were all spotless and sparkling! There wasn’t a spot left to be found. The OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent not only made my dishes beautiful, it also made the inside of my dishwasher look like new again! I used to just use a store brand rinse agent in my dishwasher because I never really gave it much thought. Pretty much every time I ran my dishwasher my silverware would come out with little spots. All this time I thought this was because the dishes weren’t rinsed off well enough before I run them through the washer, but now that I have tried this new OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent I know better! It sells for around $4.99, but you get 461 ml in the bottle and do to how well it works the price is well worth buying the new OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent. If you haven’t tried the new OxiClean Dishwashing 2 in 1 Booster Rinse Agent I’d definitely recommend that you gave it a try! Once you have I’m sure you’ll wonder why you ever used any else. -

I receive my CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion PM free from the ladies here at ChickAdvisor, thanks ladies. This pm moisturizer soaks into your skin very fast and initially leaves it mat, not dry, or sticky like some other over night moisturizers can do. You only need very little as it spreads nicely. By morning my skin felt refreshed but the mat feeling was no longer there and my face felt oily. If your skin tends to be on the oily side, as long as you wash your face as soon as you get up, this oil shouldn’t bother you. How ever the longer it’s left on your skin the oilier your skin will become and it may begin to cause your eyes to burn like it did mine. I also found that the CeraVe day time moisturizing lotion caused my skin to produce too much oil; witch worried me because my skin does tend to brake out. Unfortunately I was right and with in a week of using both moisturizers I did begin to brake out. If you don’t have or never have had oily or problem skin I would tell you to give it a try, other wise I wouldn’t recommend it to you. -
