Today was an interesting day. It started with my baby picking out what I should wear to work. He pointed at my closet and when I asked him what I should wear, he lunged for this dress. I think he chose well. Agreed?

I was pretty sore all day because I got to 5:20 for wall sit on Monday. I was pretty proud of myself until George told me that Beauty Editor (who he also trains) is over 8:00. Guys, if you've ever done wall sit you know that's craze balls amazing. I'm not sure if I should be jealous or impressed. Let's go with impressed.

The office day began and ended with shoes. Alex had ordered himself a pair of Hush Puppies and I needed some flats so I asked him to order me a pair of these cute ones in gold (bottom right), so obviously he ordered them in red. Why red? He says he prefers them in red. Apparently the colour of my shoes is his call. I don't mind the red ones except the gold is a lot more versatile. Return!

Other interesting shoe business at the office: Aliza's gold spiky shoes are a fun statement and it turns out Mandy owns the same ones in black. Alexandra's new orange platforms look cute but are falling apart from the number of times she's tripped in them. Don't you hate it when cute shoes are a tripping hazard?

If you're wondering about the cast boot thingy, that belongs to our finance guy, Johnny. He claims it's a sports injury, but isn't that what all guys say when they're injured?

The trainer asked me to do the wall sit and I was like OH NO NOT THE WALL SIT before I even did it (you've made the word strike fear in my heart Ali lol) So I did it, and lasted a measly 41 seconds. He said I need to get it up to 2 minutes. I personally was quite proud of my 41 seconds for my first time, not to mention he asked me to do it right after the 5 minutes of "moderate" work on the bike. Gosh! Anyway review of the gym to follow, and hopefully with it, an improved wall sit time. I'm crazy jealous of your 5 minutes!
