From early fall through late spring, the cardigan is more than just a practical way to stay warm. With gorgeous colours, embellishments, and prints, it's an easy way to add chic whimsy to your wardrobe staples.

We'd top a dark pencil skirt with a bold coloured cardi for the office, pair dark straightleg jeans with an embellished number for date night, or a cute animal print over a basic...

Though genuine fur endures as a timeless trend, the ethics question prevents it from becoming a universal styling choice.  With designers and retailers taking a renewed interest in faux materials (and doing a darn good job of it lately, wethinks!), faux fur jackets, capelets, and coats are bang on trend sans the controversy.
