Dr. William Scholl invented his first foot care product in 1903, the "Foot Eazer", while enrolled in Illinois Medical School. Several years later after graduating, he founded The Scholl Manufacturing Company, eventually expanding to Canada and opening retail stores in London. I bough this foot sander when it was all the hype & i was seriously disappointed. It literally did nothing. This file pretty much just buffs your calluses. Complete waste of money. Do yourself a favor & get a professional pedicure.
