It's great to use multiple times a week. My hair is normally frizzy but this quickly moisturizes my hair (I leave it in for 5 min before washing) and keeps it shiny (no frizz).

Greatest Cleansing water out there! This stuff not only smells great, but it wipes off my makeup without any harsh rubbing or burning sensation afterwards. Fairly cheap, too and lasts a while. A bottle lasts me 5-6 months depending on how much I use it.
